Brought our new kitten here and was simply blown away. The staff is phenomenal, bending over backward to make sure you get everything you need and understand everything they do! Follow up calls during the days that follow surgery are refreshing and encouraging! Top notch place that I have no problem calling “home” for my pets!

Amazing people here from setting up appointments and follow up. They treat your pets very well.

They do Guinea Pigs and Bunnies here! I was looking all around town for a good vet for my Buffalo and she was sick they took us in next day and we saw Dr. Calloway she was very nice, quick and informative and they’re very affordable too I’m so happy we went and I will gladly go back for my other pets, thanks South Trail hospital

They are wonderful. Dr Delmarco-Snell (sorry if sp?), is thorough, kind, explains everything so it’s easily understood. The entire staff at the clinic are very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were referred to this vet clinic by a friend of mine and I’m so glad she did. They were great with our 2 crazy dogs, our young husky who in circumstances she’s not used to can be more than a handful. Our little one is a little rat terrier rescue that shivered incessantly, because I think she thought we were going to dump her off. She picked up on the everyone’s calm demeanor and calmed down after a few minutes. As soon as we arrived we were brought into an exam room, as the 2 dogs were in high stress mode.
We had always been fortunate enough in the past to have great vets for our multiple pets, for literally decades. Since we moved to Fl in 2009, we had been going to a vet in SW Fl, that I always felt was impatient with us and our 4 legged family members, and unique idiosyncrasies of each one. Almost all of our dogs and cats have been rescues, so as many know often have for ex.abandonment issues and unique needs. When we went to our previous vet in Fl, they almost never calmed down, feeling the vibes of stress in the office. If I asked a question and requested an explanation, often the vet would explain in a very patronizing manner. I am not a vet, I don’t think I know everything, but I have cared for many pets over the years, in fact since about 1975.
I didn’t pick up any of that type of behavior at all South Trail. I’m so happy we are now with a veterinary clinic that feels more like “home”. I felt a calmness and feelings of truly caring when we took our two dogs both times to South Trail. Before we moved to Fl, we had for our loved ones a vet up north for almost 20 years, who knew us, knew our pets, knew it was not unusual to increase our family with strays/abandoned cats/dogs that may need immediate attention, knew how to present a reasonable treatment plan. When that vet retired, his replacement was wonderful, so much like the former vet.
And now with South Trail we are back on track with a vet clinic that is caring, reasonable, and really getting to know us as we are getting to know them. Thank you so much for everything South Trail, you are as far I’m concerned the best vet clinic in SW Fl.

Great service, and was able to take in our sick dog same day and get him the medicine he needed to make him feel better!

Took my cat Zoë to an appointment here today with Dr. Callaway and she was absolutely wonderful! Very caring and knowledgeable, would absolutely recommend her without a doubt! The staff were also very kind!

They were the only vet that would take small reptiles and small animals.they were so kind and caring towards our Bella.and we are heading back to visit them again for one of our other fur babies.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.they are just wonderful and affordable!

Thank you for the wonderful visit. My furbaby was bit by a fire ant and she was so miserable.chewing and licking. The vets saw us with no appointment, and we didn't have to wait long either. The bill was very reasonable and within a few hours, my furbaby was feeling a lot better. I highly reccommend South Trail. If in need of a vet, i will surely be going here!

Dr. Callaway is the best.

This was our first visit here. We have two older dogs that need a lot of care. They were very friendly and seemed to care about our pets. We will definitely be back. Had a bad experience with another vet in this area.

Dr Calloway is amazing with our 12 yr old morkie. He recently lost his sibling & she has been so compassionate towards him whenevers he's been there. The top care he's received for his pre-op, surgery & follow-up, will keep us going back when needed. Thank you!
