Southeast Florida Pest Control

I had a quarterly contract with this company and every visit they would call and/or email us to let us know when they were coming. I also live in a gated community so I need to put them on the list to authorize their visit. They showed up unannounced with no appointment and sprayed our brand new turf. It can’t get sprayed or it is ruined. Had they not shown up unannounced or trespassed, they would’ve known that. I have children and a dog who also can’t go outside once they spray and had I not arrived home just as the tech was finishing, I wouldn’t have even known they were here. I called customer service to complain and the girl who answered couldn’t have been ruder or more uninterested. I have cancelled my contract and suggest the same to anyone considering this company. They don’t care at all about you, your health, or your property.

I was with this company for 7 years or so, they only take check no online payment cash anything else. They told us we owed them $50 several times and threatened to terminate service when they already had the checks. We just tried to pay them with a check they never showed up on the day agreed upon and just told us our service was terminated over $50. This company used to be very good but they literally have zero clue how to keep track of money or good customers. I will be finding a new company to be loyal with in my pest control.

I’ve been using Southeast Florida Pest Control for several years. They’re professional, priced fairly, and always responsive to my needs.

I have a monthly contract and normally I request that my technician John only spray the outside. Sometimes if I have a problem I’ll call and leave a message, and I always receive a call back within 24 hours! Then we determine when John will return to address issue inside my home. John has always been 100% professional and eager to please. Very happy with their service.

Marcus, our technician, is professional, thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Southeast Florida Pest Control is fortunate to have such a terrific tech in their employ. Kudos to Marcus!

Recently I had an ant problem and I contacted your office and Jan did an exceptional job in giving me emergency service. She sent a highly qualified mechanic, Charles, who serviced our house for the control of the ants. I highly praise these 2 employees to the highest degree. Lee Goodman

We were promise service between 11 and 4, we waited at home for 5 hours, no one came and no one called!

Really zero stars but you have to pick one so they have terrible customer service, set up appointment twice and no show. The first appointment after they didn't show up I called and they said they had no record of my appointment after I gave the person all my information and appointment was set up. So I set up a second appointment for Monday morning, someone was at the house waiting for them and I was on a flight so when I landed I had a call and they said since I didn't answer they left the area. The person on the phone was very combative and asked me if I knew that I was going to be on a flight? I set up an appointment and expected them to show up no one said if you don't answer we won't go. I had people at the house waiting for this appointment. Terrible so needless to say I will look for another company. Shame because they were referred but this is twice in a row so not good and shows that they are not reliable and have terrible communication because no one said if you don't answer we don't go.

We've been useing Barry for 20 plus years and have found him to be responsive to our every need. His crew is professional and courtious. They are prepared to handle any bug problem

Technician came while I was still sleeping. I saw the note that he did the exterior. It needs the inside treatment. The sugar ants are almost, but not quite, down to zero from the last treatment. I am still getting these tiny insects (about 3 times the size of a period). They are very annoying and a real nuisance.
I left a one star review and in less than a half hour the company called to find out the problem. They promised to be here tomorrow and will call first. I call that a quick response.

Serviceman very professional, courteous, and always on time. Very accommodating. Made good suggestions. Service is great, and so are prices.

We had those little ants all over the kitchen and bathrooms. Had several pest control companies come out and never got rid of the problem. Southeast Florida Pest Control came out and got rid of the ants within the first month. I have had their service for the last two years.always on time and very professional.

Southeast is the best service! We have been using them for years. They keep our yard looking so good and Donald is the very best. If I call and we have any problem they are out to our house immediately to look at it, always. Thats why we never have any problems. And our service technician Donald always knows what is wrong and how to fix it. He knows his yards! Couldn’t ask for better! And with all of this they are so reasonably priced it’s amazing. Pablou the technician is determined to get rid of our sugar ants. He was successful of getting them eliminated from my kitchen and is returning on Monday to hopefully get rid of a few remaining in my bathroom. He has been very professional and knowledgeable throughout this process.

The technician was very professional and thoroughly explained what pest control measures should be taken and the cost for each type of service. He was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable in all that he communicated. Work was done as promised. Very pleased with the service.
