I rarely write reviews but I felt obligated to do so with this company. This company in my humble opinion is the worse company for payroll. Like many of the other poor reviews I was forced to use S. E.for payroll because of a claim for worker's comp. (They refuse to provide worker's comp coverage unless you agree to them processing your payroll.what a slimy way to get business). Unfortunately due to the circumstances we obliged and proceeded to have the worst experience imaginable. I also didn't mention the amount of exorbitant fees that were added to every payroll. As soon as we found Comp insurance to leave S. E.we promptly did. We saved thousands literally after leaving. NEVER AGAIN! 0/5 stars

Worst company stay away this people don’t know what they are doing bad custumer service bad everything

I spoke with Dotti Phillips regarding a payroll check, I was asking simple questions hoping to be pointed in the right direction and being nothing but polite.instead of pointing me in the right direction she got loud, aggravated and aggressive with me for no reason. I couldn’t believe it. I hope she learns basic customer service skills and basic human decency. Fortunately I was able call them 800 # and got ahold of someone else and they were able to to point me in the right direction. Wish I could leave 0 Stars for Ms Phillips.

I TRIED CONTACTING THEM THRU THEIR WEBSITE AND ALSO THRU EMAIL. AND NO ONE EVER REPLIED BACK TO ME. BEEN WAITING FOR MY 2021 W2 WHICH THEY NEVER GIVE TO ME. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I worked with Melissa to get set up and she was amazing to work with. She did most of the work for me and all I had to do was sign. I'm a busy contractor and it's hard to stop and take care of paperwork but she did it for me and let me e sign. Thanks for being prompt!

Profoundly unsatisfactory experience when dealing with this company. Strongly not recommended. SouthEast Personnel Leasing, Inc.should seriously revise it's customer service protocols.

We are a very small company and have been with SPLI for several years. A misunderstanding by our managing partner caused an issue this morning. 3 wonderful employees of this company had this issue handled in 2 hours and offered excellent customer service. For me, it was a crisis, but they made me feel it was a priority, even though we are small, we were treated as if we were their biggest, most important account. Love SPLI.

They can't get anything correctly set up. Ask numerous times for employees to redo stuff. Go elsewhere if you want your payroll done right!

Terrible Service, after 10 years we moved on to a payroll Company that actually cares about their Clients.
Please do your do dilegence and research your options before you commit to such a Micky Mouse outfit like this!

Do not use Southeast Personnel leasing. This company is not helpful and do not care about people which is counter productive for a company that only deals with people!

We opened up a payroll account with Adrian Sanderson as our account manager and he sincerely went above and beyond to help. He was quick to respond, answered any questions we had and made it all come together in a timely fashion. He answered the phone and was so attentive. We really are very elated to have someone attend us in this way. Everything was extremely quick and easy. Thank you so much, Adrian and Sheila.

What a joke website doesn't work for employees and when you call to try and receive assistance they say there is nothing they can do on the phone everything must be done on the website.what sense does that make

Horrendous! The way they do business reminds me of timeshare sales or like a shady used car dealership. They screwed me for $500 but it was worth it to just cancel to find a legitimate company to work with.
