Called today to make an appointment. First person I tell why I'm calling and they hangup! Called back took 30 min to speak with a person who could speak clearly and could pronounce English words, gees! Why don't they hire older retired people to take calls and know how to speak clearly, who is screening these people?

My appointment was for 12: 30 It’s 1: 24 and I’m Still Waiting to be Taken to The Back The nurses are going to lunch and speaking of what they have Eaten…! I still Can’t eat nor Drink Anything… In top of All of this I had to Pay $850.00 out of pocket for all of this Horrible Horrible Horrible I’m came from Ga…. I came in for a minor procedure a few months ago, was told no one could come with me into the building. The front office staff was rude, when I was called in the back they basically threw me a gown and barely closed the curtain so I could change it only got worse from there! Today I had to bring my husband in and the same people up front and still very rude! I hope the people in the back are better to him!
