First my appointment time was wrong. I called and they said they changed it. When I arrived they had the wrong time. I had to wait over 3 hours to get a new key made. This is unacceptable. They better do better when I bring it in for service

I was personally disrespected by the owner of the Southern 441 dealership who seems to encourage unethical business practices. I truly think that the owner forgets that the business of many who have bought a car there including me and my family as well is the reason he can feed his two kids he parades on his commercials. Don't forget where you come from buddy because the same way you got up there its just as quick for you to fall right back to the bottom.

I came in looking for brand new nissan kicks for 19thou, Julio showed me a nissan rouge CPO, very low mileage, for the same amount with company 3 yr warranty bumper to bumper! And i love it! Its roomy, practical, big, utility car better than the kicks. Thanks Julio! You are the best!

I brought my car here on a Friday afternoon and I spoke with Josh. Not only was he very helpful, but he was very nice and customer friendly! I needed a new transmission, and it ended up being under warranty, so that saved me a lot of money! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I was told the transmission would be here on Tuesday morning, so it delayed my trip home to New York by a day, BUT I was told the technician stayed late so I could have my car back Wednesday morning instead of evening! Thanks again!

OMG, I feel welcomed everytime I come to this place. I normally get my oil change at this location every 3months, but this week I came twice. Both visits were scheduled with Xavier Rivera and I must admit I was one happy customer. I was able to use my coupons I had for my oil change and for my wheels alignments. If I was to rate Mr. Rivera from 1 to 10, I would say over 10. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend his service at this location.

I had a bad experience at this dealer. The salesperson was a very nice person, David. But, the financialist was rude and treated me as if i was a liar. He thought of me as i was using a false SSN. The financialist Carlos did this. The dealer manager, promised me that if I turned in my car for a 2016 Pathfinder, that I would pay 400 dollars a month and that he was going to give me 5000 for my car. I was going to leave to pick up my kids, but he said to take the Pathfinder that the deal was done. When i came back, it was a lie, they claimed that they had never said that. The deal was false. They did want to give me 5k for the car, but they wanted me to pay 500+ a month for the car which was not the deal. My time was wasted, wish i could give this dealer 0 STARS.
