Southern Air, Palatka FL

Needed a new thermostat. Demarie was on time, installed a new one at quoted price. My Lennox unit was installed bt Southern Air 21 plus years ago. I like dealing with same family business and they do a good job.

We use periodic, scheduled maintenance to avoid breakdowns. So far, the concept has proven flawless! Robert Wright is our go-to tech; there can be no better example of customer service, and no better ambassador to represent his company! Somebody drives this Southern Air team to excellence - it, clearly, has caught on, and permeated their ops repeatedly, consistently, thoroughly, from the office staff to the tech's in the field! They are the Best!

Robt Wright "bats _cleanup_" for a reason! He consistently hits it "outta the ballpark", and still finds quality time to educate me!
We have a very "tight" space, tucked into our attic, where our air handler resides! How Robt negotiates that space is nothing short of miraculous! (He must be "part shape-shifter"!)
Beyond being incredibly well trained and technically knowledgeable, his people skills are truly impressive; an exceptionally polished, consumate professional; makes his job look and sound easy! He's the best, as are those administrators, managers, and leaders who support him! Southern Air really has their act together!

As usual he does a great job. He explains everything about what he is doing. Always very polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend him and your company.
