The question should ask.what services did they NOT perform. Southern Collision was contracted to repair my vehicle after a collision last year. However, the repairs were not completed and what was done, was done poorly. The manager/owner is only in this business to pad his pockets. Do your research. Why aren't they BBB accredited? I will never go back here, I do not trust them to repair my kids bicycle.

Being an older female always have my guard up.not only did they do a great job, they helped me with the insurance which saved me a lot of money.

Absolutely horrendous work and even worse management. Steve and his team are fraudulent, lying scammers that will take advantage of you. Southern collision had my vehicle for 6 weeks and returned it to me smoking, unable to accelerate and squealing. Since receiving my car from southern collision I’ve had to pay over $5k out of pocket in less than a week just to make my car drivable. Steve and his team completely neglected all mechanical repairs to my vehicle and committed insurance fraud while doing so. Even his body work is sloppy and incompetent, attached are photos that Steve had mailed to me a month later of screws, nuts and bolts that were not installed in my jeep…over 50 pieces. He only
released these parts after multiple complaints and a visit to the shop. When I confronted Steve regarding his promise to “warranty his work”, with the receipts for the additional $5,000 I’ve had to pay he threatened to report me for harassment. I can’t say it enough, never ever go to southern collision, I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on my worst enemy.

These guys are the best! They did my daughters car after she was in a accident and made everything as pleasurable as it could be. Very nice people and great knowledge of the repair procedures. 10+ Stars.

Steve, the manager, is super unprofessional and threatens his customers when they have questions/concerns. 0/10 would recommend to anyone who would like to survive after having it "fixed/repaired" here. Steve tried to bribe me to waive my deductible if I wrote a great review. All of these 5 star reviews are paid off. DO NOT COME HERE!

Brought my car in to have some body damage repaired and the service was excellent throughout the entire experience. Steve was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired. All of the damage was fixed to perfection and the paint job was perfectly matched to the original body panels of the car. The final result was as good as anyone could ask for, I would recommend Southern Collision to anyone needing body work done.

I was referred to Steve by a friend. He was not like other collision centers who tell you they have to remove parts that truthfully do not have to be removed in order to do a repair. If you want repeat business, one should treat others as you would want to be treated. I believe Steve did just that. He told me how long the job would take and did a professional job. I would refer others to Southern Collision Center.
