Selling your home is a huge undertaking especially if you have no experience doing so. You want to make sure your home is well taken care of but you also want to make a profit. Finding someone who will care for your home as well as you do is hard, but not with Tristina. She came into a low brewing volatile situation and handled it exemplarily with grace, professionalism, and knowledge that made the process a breeze. Under her direction, we got the house listed and was under contract in less than 24 hours. Throughout the escrow process her attentiveness never waned. She never hesitated to answer every question I threw at her, and I threw A LOT of questions at her. She was an absolutely delight to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call her in the future.

We had been searching on Zillow for some time and came upon a few properties to look at closer. Tristina was one of the realtors we reached out to and working with her was by far the best decision we made. She was immediately responsive - her level of communication and availability is exceptional.
