Southern Gentlemen Fishing Charters, Naples FL

Sothern Gentleman took us to the most peaceful part of Florida’s’ mangrove paradise. We caught so many different fish species today and even saw a Manatee! The SG was kind and very helpful with our children! He even told us where to go to grill up our daily catch after he filleted the big ones! You’re lucky if you can fish with the Southern Gentleman! We will be back!

Had a great day with Captian Tim, knew his stuff and took us to a lot of good spots. Would definitely recommend booking a 3/4 to full day! Also if your looking for breakfast recommendation beforehand hes got those too!

Had a great time out fishing! Capt. Tim knew some great spots with awesome fish. If you're looking for an upbeat captain that does everything he can to put you on fish then Capt. Tim is your guy. Looking forward to fishing with him again in the future!

4th time out with Captain Tim (and many more to follow) by far the best captain I have fished with. We had an amazing day out on the water, 10 Snook over 30” most over 35 and 2 40” plus all on 25lb tackle. Tim is a great teacher, never gives up and has forgotten more spots in the area than most know. If your looking for a great time with an upbeat captain with a ton of knowledge look no further.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Captain Tim and hope to be able to go out with him again soon. He is very professional and very friendly too. After a few minutes you’ll think you’ve known him your entire life. Do yourself a favor and fish with the best.

We had a great trip with Capt. Tim! Ran into a little storm in the beginning but he quickly got us under cover and safe! Once the storm passed he put us right on some good spots, He was very patient and kind! He even cut up my keeper so I could go and have him cooked! We will definitely be calling Capt Tim next time we go back to Naples!

Booked a trip 4 months in advance for me and my 2 boys. Called me the week before and changed my full day trip to a half day. Waited for him at the access the day of our trip at the meet time, called him several times, and he finally called back saying he was cancelling. I’d definitely find a different guide to go with. Sounds like he does this regularly due to double booking.

Fishing with Southern Gentleman was amazing! We started right around from the boat docks and immediately caught snook and Jack. We kept the bites going and caught more and bigger snook. He put us on a few tarpon, but we couldn’t land them! We will definitely use him again in the summer!

The weather was chilly and not much tide movement to make the fish happy, but we had a great day riding through the backwaters and laughing, despite not catching many fish. Would definitely fish with Captain Tim again and hope to do so.

Captain Tim was great and I had a fantastic day with him and my boys! It was obvious he knows the area very well and works hard to find the fish.
