I didn't not have a very nice experience here. I special ordered a corsage and was clear about not wanting any other ribbon then red or black. When I picked it up there was white ribbon I was told they would do a refund, with not even attempt to fix it at all. This was 4 hours before Prom. Now I know they were busy and all, but I was very polite and understanding. The 2 women seemed so annoyed with me when I came up with an idea, one woman took it, did as I suggested and basically threw it on the counted and said that's the best I can do very nastilly. They didn't even try to apologize or anything, worst customer service ever. I will never purchase anything there again.

I honestly ordered from them because of the name? ! But I got my first bouquet today (I got the weekly subscription) and oh my goooooodness it is gorgeous! And so fragrant! It's absolutely darling, I highly recommend their subscription service and bouquets for special occasions! I'll be keeping them in my office and kitchen from now on for sure!

Our children and grandchildren ordered us a package (flower arrangement, balloons & bear) Delivery was for March 18th. Message on 17th was received to say gift had been delivered! False, nothing delivered! When gift was delivered later 17th no bear! Commitment was given to our daughter that the bear that our grandsons chose would be delivered on Monday 20th! Alas nothing was delivered on Monday 20th! Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend this business, their service is very disappointing!

So much detail and thought put into every piece of work they do, my husband sent me flowers monthly while he was deployed and he easily communicated from a completely different time zone with them. I also used Southern Grace for my wedding and was beyond impressed with my flowers. Would never use anyone else!

This is an amazing business! Rachelle and Kara are particularly wonderful and attentive to every request I have made. Their service is impeccable and the prices are straightforward and fair.
