Robert was extremely professional and gave us a very reasonable price for our repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Fast, friendly service! Rob always gives top notch service. I have used him for my personal properties and ones I manage professionally. He is great at communicating the actual issues and making sure it gets fixed as soon as possible.

We have been using Robert with Southern Home Appliances for 6 years and he is amazing! He was just out today to fix my washer. We had him fix our refrigerator a few months ago. Very, very knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong with my washer before he even looked at it! I highly recommend Robert and his company!

My dryer quit working on a Saturday right before I had family coming to stay. I called Rob and he was able to come out the same day. He was very courteous and friendly and his rates were awesome. He fixed my dryer quickly and we have had no problems since. It is great to know there is a LOCAL company that is dependable and friendly when problems arise. It was nice to meet an honest person. We have his card on our refrigerator and will be using him again for any future repairs. Thanks Rob!

They work Monday thru Thursday. If you break on a Friday, it will be Monday before you'll hear from anyone

My 92 year old father called this company for help with his washer. Their response time was great, and my father was very pleased with their customer service and repairs. The price was very reasonable. Thanks for taking care of my Dad!

Made an appointment for the next day and came and fixed my dryer. He was prompt and quick with his work!

We only use SouthernHomeAppliances, we've had several appliance issues, and they have always worked us in, showed up on time and has fixed every issue we've had. If I could give more than 5* I would. Will use them for any future repairs.

Southern Home Appliances worked with my schedule and was able to fit me in when it was convenient for me. Rob showed up on time, was very informative and professional, identified the issue almost immediately and gave a quote before leaving. He was in and out in less than 20 mins and my washer was good as new in just a few short days. Awesome local business with amazing customer service! Throughout the several times I have called them for help they have always been able to get my appliances back up and running. Their knowledgeable yet friendly staff makes it a pleasure doing business with them!

I had to wait several hours for a return call and when I got it, was told by the woman that I am too far out of their service area. When I called again and requested a return call, she didn't have the courtesy to return the call. I understand you don't want to drive 16 miles to provide service but your phone is only feet away. Evidently you already have more business than you can handle. I'll be sure to let the manager at Lowes who referred you know of the poor customer service.

Called because of Referal from Lowes, took several hours to have someone call us back and was told by Female that We lived too far (16 miles),
And that I should call Cals Appliances in Niceville.
Don't waste time w these people. Just call Cals at least you get someone that answers the phone.

They stop dealing with stoves which is a shame but overall I heard this spot was good to deal with.

Charged me $80 for less than 10 minutes of work. He barely looked at my washer, didn't run proper diagnostics, and told me that he couldn't order the proper parts for it. It's an LG washer that is still currently being sold in stores so that certainly wasn't true. I waited several days for this extremely short and useless appointment as well, when I could've gone with someone else. Extremely unprofessional. Did not even tell me what his diagnostic/assessment found. Just charged me $80 for 10 minutes of pretending to poke around and left.

Attempted to contact this business for a dryer issue on Monday, Jine 19th. Not sure what's going on, but every time I tried to call, it would ring a few times, then hang up. Even tried on a different phone with same results.
Might want to invest in some sort of answering service because I had to take my business elsewhere.
