If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Casa Fresca has sent this company out to my house 3 times now to fix some electrical problems. Problem is still not fixed! The most recent guy I had was completely rude and unprofessional. How these people are even in business, I don't know.

DO NOT USE! I have been having an electrical issue in my brand new home over 3 months now. This so happens to be the company that DR Horton uses for issues. Guy came out spent 1/2 the day in the house & nothing was fixed. Called them out again same guy came out & said another person would have to cut into our island to reword the issue (which is dishwasher/garbage disposal). A 3rd guy comes out switches out a breaker & leaves without running a full cycle, 1/2 way through dishwasher stops. I call the company back & speak to the “Owner” tell him everything which has occurred & he starts blaming me because his employee didn’t notate the issue. He basically says it’s my problem to deal with. Will reach out to our builders & let them know not to send out these unprofessional non-electricians who couldn’t flip a switch on a light socket.

We just bought our new home within the last week or so and had several of the outlets not work. When I called and spoke to Rhonda she was rude and unprofessional not letting me get a word in before saying we need to go through the builders warranty. Which is fine, we understand that there is a process and have no issues following the process. However, I was not expecting to be meet with such nastiness and animosity when I simply called to explain our issue. Rhonda, you need to work on your professionalism and how you handle customer calls.
