I would recommend Southern Touch Tree Service to anyone needing trees cut or trimmed. I’ve had many of tree services at my house through the years that I would never allow to ever return. The guys here are professional and don’t have to be told what to do. They know their job well. But also caring for the tree being trimmed.

I haven't actually used them, but, I've been working at Watertown Marina and today they are here working. I'm completely in shovk and astounded at the kind of work I watched them knock out from this morning until now, lunchtime. Professionally, organized and very clean! Amazing job guys!

I needed a portion of my property cleared, they were quick to come out and give a quote and even quicker to get the job done. They did exactly what I wanted & all within budget. Bonus- they were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I have hired many contractors to have jobs done on our homes. We have had some that were great and others not so great. This is the first time had such a bad experience I felt compelled to write a review. We hired Southern Touch at a cost of $29,000 for 7 days of tree removals, tree trimmings, garden plants removed, and some mulching. The crew we had were very hard workers and I have no complaints with them. My complaints are with the owner, Alex. He puts on a great sales pitch about how goes above and beyond and does business making the customer happy but our experience was anything but. A lot of their equipment (stump grinder, boom truck, and a skid steer) broke down and the time lost kept other work from getting done. I was charged extra because he said he had to rent a crane but never got one when doing the job nor did he give any reduction of our cost and pocketed the savings for himself. The equipment leaked hydraulic oil all over the driveway, cracked the cement, broke a lot of the flower garden edging, and had sprinkler pipes tore out. The condition the property was left when the job was finished looks like a war zone. After multiple attempts to have Alex try to rectify them he said that clean up was not part of the job but he could come back if we payed for an extra days work. I showed him photos of a neighbor yard that had a tree and shrubs removed and the yard was cleaned but he said it’s different for one tree than a lot of trees. A lot of lies and excuses. It’s all about the money. He didn’t take ownership for any of these issues and left us having to hire someone to clean the property, try to remove the oil stains, and repair the concrete, edging and pipes. My mistake was trusting and paying him before the problems were resolved. You will never get another job from me. Shame on you Alex!

This wonderful company was quick to respond and survey our yard in a day and quote a good price. It was a complete cleanup of removing a dozen+ trees as well as overgrown brush remove a pressure treated wall fence and a chain link fence in less than a day and a half. The entire crew worked hard in the extreme heat of August even taking hours to rake all the smaller material. Alex communicated throughout the entire process and was always available. We will use this company again.

I had several quotes to remove 2 pine trees from my back yard. South Touch was reasonable and timely in the removal process.

Alex came out promptly to give me a quote on my job. He kept me informed via text as to the timing of my job. Job was done quickly and looks great!
