Went in for an oil change, got my car back, went to work and then my car wouldn’t start back up. Long story short, ended up spending 3K because all of a sudden my car needed parts and all this extra work. I had to pay to get my car towed back to their shop. I wouldn’t have brought it to them if I knew they were going to be unfair. They didn’t even work with me or give me a deal. Kept my car for a week, I had to call them multiple times as they wouldn’t keep me updated on the progress. Sad thing is I’ve been a customer for 10 years.
