Monk is awesome! Down to earth and honest. They had a selection of triumph motorcycles that caught my eye and I had to give them a call. Not only did they have what I was looking for but I also found the ideal salesman in Monk. It's nice when when you meet someone who actually cares about what they do and provide a positive experience. His customer service was great! Straight forward and willing to make sure his customer was happy and confident in their purchase. Whenever it maybe time to look for my next bike I know who to talk to first. Friendly staff (Gio and Monk). Not pushy but super helpful. Answered questions about bikes that were on the floor even though I had already started the process of buying.
Between sales and finance, everything was smooth and efficient but never abrupt, unlike larger dealers who acted as if I should be grateful to get a hello or anxious to sell me the most expensive and least suitable bike on the lot.
Won't be soon - I'm having too much fun! - but when I do trade up, I'll be going back.

Gio and the rest of the team at Southwest Cycles were awesome to work with. I called to inquire about availability and within just a few minutes, they were finishing up assembly on my Lance Cali Classic 200i and sending me updated photos.
