Southwest Florida Eye Care: Brian K. Marhue, O.D.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and punctual. I'm very happy going to this office. My only negative was that the water fountain was out of order. My appointment was at 11 and I was done by noon.

Everyone was nice, especially the nurses. Had trouble with administration, because day 1 I couldnt pay because computer was down, they told me to call the next day. I call, I get a main office, they absolutely refuse to let me pay over the phone, or transfer me to my branch. They tell me to wait for a letter in the mail. So I wait, nothing. I finally just go in person after weeks, by this time my glasses should be ready. They never sent them out because they were waiting for me to pay.

When I did get the glasses my vision was heavily distorted, gave a couple weeks to try and get used to it. I went back, the nurse looked and saw that for some reason my numbers that were given were not at all matched up to my glasses and the doctor for some reason completely changed my initial numbers. So they re did it making more adjustments. Im still not confident the doctor actually gave me the numbers I was told, but just gonna rock them for the rest of the year and try again next time.

Overall I enjoyed all the staff (minus administration) Just hope they are a lil more careful with getting the prescription right next time.

Dr Marhue and his staff are wonderul. The only problem I have is with the online check in that has advertising at the end.

I was very impressed with this place. After going to other drs and not treated very good. I was happy with the dr and all of the associates working there. At last I have found a good dr.

I wish Dr. Marhue could be my doctor for every ailment-not just eyes. He is kind, patient, thorough, smart and experienced, and takes his time. A real find!

After years of looking they are the only eye doctors who correctly diagnosed and cured pain in my right eye. The cause was an eye injury when I was 5 years old. I lived with pain for years until I found them. A cornea transplant cured the pain forever. I was in and out of my yearly exam yesterday in less than an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Dr. Marhue is a very knowledgeable Doctor. His explanation of eye care issues has been very helpful in treating my eyes. He has a very calm and caring demeanor about him.
