The team at SWFLVS are outstanding. I had a life and death situation with my Persian cat. I drove 65 miles to bring my best cat friend to their office for emergency surgery. From the initial phone call to the discharge of my cat, the experience was kind, professional, empathetic, towards both me and my feline friend. Not everyone has the most engaging bedside manner and with large corporations buying out clinics, the pressure for profit changes the relational dynamics. I was treated with incredible respect compassion and care. Additionally, the cost was within the budget I had to work with. Tracy who took my initial call is an exceptional team member along with the Doctor who performed the surgery. Their attitude and concern impacted my life with blessing.

My dog has cardio issues and all they want is $$$. He is dependent on the meds to live and I'm currently having financial issues and can't afford to do labs. They refuse to refill his RX until I get labs done! My dogs going to die because I can't afford to do labs. I did call and ask to speak to the Dr. No call back. BTW my first visit was over 2.5K the second around $900. I'm grateful for the added time I had with my dog. Unfortunately you took advantage of my love for him.

I called and drove to the Vet very late on the weekend. She had a terrible cough and I was very worried. They were very kind and explained everything. They didn’t force add ons to drive up the bill. It was an option but my choice. I appreciated that. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience. My 12 y.o. Lab needed attention due to severe discomfort in her hip. Dr Peters was fantastic.

We had our cardiac follow up today. Our little Chihuahua has degenerative mitral valve disease. The report was very positive and she is stable. Her cardiac doctor and team are wonderful, explaining her condition clearly and giving us treatment options. We feel Sophia is in good hands. Thank you.

Experience itself was fine. Getting in touch initially and scheduling could have gone a lot better. There were long lapses in communication that seemed extreme (over a week each time.) Some info was not clear, or contradictory and confusing. Be advised that you are not communicating with the local clinic personnel in any lead up to your tx appointnent. Also understand that you will be required to provide pre tx labs and required tests that can add considerably to the cost. Your vet can estimate those expenses so you have an accurate estimate for the entire procedure. This is not the first time I have had a kitty treated at Radiocat, and I knew what to expect. My comments are meant to be helpful to people seeking treatment for their feline friends for the first time.

My experience at Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists went beyond amazing. I walked in beyond overwhelmed, beyond lost and scared. This place immediately took us in and not only made sure max my baby had the most amazing care, but my family. They do not need to personally be beyond compassionate and pretty much counselors for a family, but this is what they did for us. They took a horror scene nightmare and made it completely fixed. They are driven for their family’s they take on, compassionate and listen to everything your family wishes. This goes to not only the vet who turned my family’s life around but every single staff member that day. This is the Only ER vet we will ever consider. Please consider this clinic it’s not just a clinic it’s a family of highly trained loving people. Thank you so much again for what you have done for my family. We will forever be grateful.

I brought my dog in for a heart condition, and the staff were very empathetic. Dr. Nader and her team were very thorough in the examination and also in relaying the details to me. I would highly recommend. Should you need special care for your pet.

DO NOT trust these people with your pet. If you love your pet, go elsewhere. Unsanitary, rude staff and Dr’s, especially Dave.

My Shih Tzu Oreo went to several emergency hospitals and they all wrongly diagnosed her as having late-stage congestive heart failure. One hospital even overdosed her on several meds she didn't need and she crawled under the bed and avoided me because the meds hurt her stomach. Cardiologist Dr. Arsenault correctly diagnosed her with a heart murmur and a leaky valve and her heart condition immediately improved. She's been healthy ever since during annual visits over four more years. I highly recommend Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists and thank Dr. Arsenault for helping my baby.

The entire staff is extraordinarily caring, very patient, and excellent communicators. I felt confident my fur baby was in very good hands!

Wonderful people here! Very caring and professional. I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care. They helped her to get better and that's the best thing of all.

I went for a cardiologist work-up for my dog with Dr. Nader, I can not say enough of how happy I am with the complete work up we received. The Dr explained everything, in detail, and discussed the plan. Everyone, the techs, and office staff handled me and my dog with care, professionalism and was very pleasant. I was completely confident that I was getting excellent care. We will continue with Dr Nader with my pups cardiac care.

I had to take my dog to an after hour vet as we were having a bit of an emergency. My dog had chewed up a bottle of medicine and calling the poison control center for dogs it was decided that the best thing to do was to take her to the ER vet. I took her to Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists where she was given the best of care by Dr. Stovall and his staff. They were very understanding and gave my puppy the best of care. Thank you for helping my girl make a full recovery.

Wonderful facility. Friendly staff. I needed the ER for my dog who got sick unexpectedly. Although expensive, they were thorough and gave me recommendations and prices up front so I could decide which course to take. Open communication on how long the wait times would be with results or for the doctor. They went over the bloodwork with detail and explained it more than once per my request. I will definitely be recommending their facility.
