12Roldan Escobar is the best and the ladies at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. The pharmacy technicians are also very kind and helpful. Everything is at one building close to the house so I would recommend Southwest Health Center to everybody.
Whoever the black receptionist is answering the phone is extremely rude I asked her if they took walk-ins at that location at seven and 1 o’clock in the afternoon she straight up gave me an attitude and I told her I was calling for a friend she asked for what location I said location I called by Winn-Dixie in Oneco and she said well they can come in but we’re full today it’s not guaranteed they will ever be seen… it wasn’t for today.she wouldn’t even listen to what I said.no thank you I will contact another location.need to train your employees properly!
This place has made major improvements in the last couple years. Staff is always great and the facility is very clean.
The doctors and therapists here are very caring and helpful. There is usually little to no wait from appointment arrival time.

Appointments always always always start late. I'm talking 30 min before. Mental health side
They treated me very well. In addition to English, they also have staff who speak Spanish and that is excellent because we all have the same right.

Do not come here, make your appointment elsewhere, if I could give 0 stars I would, the most insensitive people I know work here I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment, I waited 10 minutes to be seen for CHECK IN and they told me that it was already late for the doctor to see me, the place was EMPTY.
These are the people who take care of my medical my primary care doctor and others they are very kind and helpful and it's very convenient for me to get there on the bus being a double amputee I only have a wheelchair to get around then the staff is very nice thank you Miss Brown
