We bought a new A/C in late 2017 after a power surge ruined ours. We have had continuous problems with it and the company we bought it from has repaired it so many times that we actually spent more on repairs than it originally cost. When it failed again, a few months after another $1,000 in parts and repairs, we resolved to call another company. Southwest Heating & Cooling was recommended to us and our call was answered on the first ring one afternoon, a technician was there at 8 a.m. The next day and quickly had it blowing cold air again after diagnosing the problem and repairing it for only $245.
NOTEL We live in Wisconsin but own the home in Cape Coral, Florida, which is being renovated for sale.

I have had a maintenance agreement with SW heating & Cooling for about 2 years, and wouldn't be without it! The technician, Anthony, arrived on time and spent ample time to thoroughly clean and evaluate my system. He gave me tips to avoid future issues. I highly recommend this company!

We just signed up for the bi-annual checkups. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. Companies we have used in the past would show up and be gone in 20 minutes. He took the time and did a very through inspection, really feel like we got a great value for our money. Highly recommend.

The tech was so rude and degrading they could gold plate an AC unit for free and give it to me and I would not use them. Glad he showed his true colors because I was in the market to hire a company for some upgrades now I know better. Called to let them know and was told that a supervisor would call me back and that never happened. Thats the last dime they will ever get from me and I will continue to tell everyone I come in contact with about my experience with them.

UPDATE: Nothing gets the attention of a company like a negative review. They had a week to reach out after I called but didn't. Within minutes of posting the review they were all of a sudden sympathetic. As I told them, I will not use their company going forward. The customer service was horrendous. I stand by my post and will continue to when speaking with other homeowners about home services. The treatment I received from their technician was dehumanizing. I want nothing from them.

This company is awesome! From the moment I called to the time of service. Everyone was so polite and informative! I can’t recommend this company enough. Took care of my A/C with in 2 hours of the initial call. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Southwest did a fantastic job for me. The office staff was extremely accommodating with my schedule and the technician was right on time. Woody diagnosed the system and had me up and running within 45 minutes. Price was fair and I can’t say enough about the customer service. Job well done to everyone at Southwest.

A/C failed Sunday afternoon. On duty Tech was at our door in less than 30 minutes. Unable to resolve our issue that day. Monday with the house now at 90 degrees Jason went above and beyond to get us up and running. Angel came out and was prompt and polite and got us cooled down! I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company. I would/will recommend Southwest Heating & Cooling to everybody I know! Thank YOU!

I have been using SW Heating & Cooling to perform service on my AC unit for a couple years now. Their field techs are very polite, and professional. Angel did the service today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better individual to perform the work. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what he was doing, ; he also provided me with some proactive maintenance tips. Great Experience!

Poor service and over priced. They came to the house charged a $165.00 service call fee. I was told my blowing motor needed replaced and was it would cost $1,350.00 to make the repair. I was told they would check to see availability. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Seems all they wanted was to collect the $165.00 service fee. I found another company to replace the motor for under $600.00 and was installed within 2 hours of calling the different business!

Terrible experience, not only did the person who scheduled my service call refuse to honor their 50% off promotion for new customers, but she also hid the fact that their 5-7pm appointment slot is considered “after hours” and i was going to be charged an extra $40 on top of a full price service call. I am currently renting the home and responsible for all maintenance and upkeep to the property, but apparently because the landlord had them out years ago, she didn’t consider me a new customer? I would never recommend a company that relies on such unethical sales practices.

This company stands above the others in the heating and cooling business. They showed up on time, they were professional, they offered help or information about the a/c unit. All around exceptional service. Ben was friendly courteous young man. My husband and I are very pleased with their service. I have recommended to others on the Island.

My ac went out about 3 or 4 am. I contacted Southwest at around 7 am and my house was cool by around 930 am the same day! Who does that? SOUTHWEST HEATING AND COOLING.

Angel was very thorough. He even took the time to explain to me how to flush out my system between maintenance sessions! I thought that was so thoughtful. He showed me how to order my filters from Amazon which will make my life so much easier Angel did an amazing maintenance service call
