Absolutely wonderful eye clinic! Dr, staff, office are all extremely professional and welcoming! A special thanks to all the front desk staff. They are so caring and professional.

Awful service. Going on 3 weeks past the promised date for my glasses still havent received them. They keep putting the blame on their partner “lab” company and trying to brush me off for being mad they are playin games with my 600 dollar glasses purchase.

First, the ways that Yami greets me always makes me feel that Dr Nowell’s office runs efficiently and cares for patients! Dr. Nowell’s assistants are obviously well trained. Finally, Dr Nowell is thorough, uses technological advances to keep my eyes healthy, and he cares. I’m in good hands I. This office!

They saw my wife in an emergency situation while on vacation and they were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very professional, very helpful and very smooth. I was a first time patient and the whole experience was very good.

Great practice. Well ran, well equipped and they take a good amount of time with patients to ensure all questions are answered.

Dr. Cricket is wonderful and excellent at her profession. The staff testing was also very good. However I was sent an email indicating that it’s the year end I should have an exam for my insurance coverage benefits. I made an appointment when I came in I had to fill out the forms again? Which should all be on file since this is not my first visit. After the exam the receptionist told me my co Pat was $15 then said oh wait your insurance only covers exams every two years and you should have made your appointment in about 3 more weeks for them to cover the cost. I don’t understand why they would not confirm all this before the exam? Anyway some of the fees I had to cover so I paid an extra $100 because my appointment was a few weeks too early. I will be more careful in the future but I would hope that the receptionist would be more competent to catch this before starting as most Doctors offices do prior to the exam and before I’m sent an email prompting me to make an appointment.

Always looking forward to go to my eye exam every year, the staff is very friendly and treat you like family. Dr. Norwell is excellent. He explains everything so good that he makes sure that you really understand. Will recommend them 100%.

Got at the clinic 11: 40am for a 12pm appointment. Did the check in procedure, at 2 pm the front desk ask us if we were waiting someone. OMG don’t know what happened but they forgot about my boy appointment and left Us waiting for 2hrs. The doctor Patel was very nice and polite respectful apologized for the front desk mistake. While in the lobby waiting for 2hrs my impression was that the front desk person was a bunch of kids selling hours they was talking to each other personal life. That was very inappropriate for front desk personnel and believe me I was not surprised that they forgot about Me and my 3years old boy because they’re like on a party.
At the end I was so frustrated and tired for arguing about anything, they did not charge my insurance and instead charged me $200 ok got served at least my boy got looked by the doctor and was just money but unfortunately w can’t recommend that place for anyone.

Nice place and nice doctors. However, we’ve had several frustrations here over the past couple years.

I made an online appointment for 11am, got a confirmation email and text saying 11am. The morning of my appointment, I get a text saying 11: 30? So I call, and explain that I made the appointment for 11 because I had other plans later, and I had 2 different confirmations of the time. No, sorry you’re in at 11: 30. Ok. That caused some extra effort to rearrange plans last minute. When I checked in at 11am, I got the same reply. Sorry it’s 11: 30. This kind of thing happens a lot? Ok that’s kind of a big deal!

My other frustration came when I ordered new lenses for my Rx sunglasses and my husband picked them up for me. Something was amiss when I tried them on. I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong and was extremely busy… and unable to get back over to the dr before my adjustment window expired. When I did finally bring them in, they actually looked them over and said the polarization was a little off angle on one lens… but sorry. Nothing we can do since you missed the window of opportunity.:/ You just confirmed they were made incorrectly! They still work, but there is a very clear problem that wasn’t because of wear and tear.

I considered changing practice due to distance, but, how can I? You are simply the best. Thank you

Worst experience ever! If you are considering this place read all the 1 star reviews first and believe them; I wish I had. Rude and unethical employees. One of the front desk employees was mocking someone’s prescription OUT LOUD with others present. Miscommunication between doctors and management. One doctor assured me that with the contact fitting fees we would receive trial contacts with the CORRECT prescription; we didn’t. When we tried to get an appointment to discuss all this with the OD and office manager they refused. The doctors are very knowledgeable but we will be doing business somewhere where patients are valued and respected.

Had a major misdiagnosis by another doctor, so I called Dr. Nowell he accurately diagnosed my situation and referred me for proper treatment. Everyone was kind, professional and truly cared about my eyesight.

I took my father in for a VA evaluation. We were greeted by two of the nicest front desk staff ever. Very courteous, professional, and had a smile on their face. The tech Victoria was amazing! She was patient with my father and explained everything she was doing, which eased his anxiety. The doctor was thorough and had great bedside manner. They have an amazing optical by the way. The entire staff was amazing and the office itself was very beautiful.
