Souvlaki Fast Boynton Beach

I have lived in Boynton Beach for 5 years and this is my favorite Greek place. I probably visit this place twice a week.excellent and great food quality.

Generous portions of food. Salad is fresher than any other place. Salmon and Chicken platters highly recommended.

Ronda is always aware and making sure you have a great service.

I placed an order online and my husband went to pick it up. When he got there he was told they did not receive an order from me. He came home (because he forgot to bring his phone with him), and I forwards my confirmation email to him. He went back and they gave him the order. No apology or anything. He asked for extra dressing. She said it wasn't on the order. It clearly was on the email. And she charged him 50 cents.lol. Even though her had to drive there twice to get my order that he should have received the first time.
My Greek salad was ordered with no onions (also stated on the email). I had lots of onions and it was 90% just shredded lettuce. I have never had an issue here before but maybe they hired new staff etc. I had to through out the salad because it had too many onions to pick out. I think I won't be back soon.

I’ve been living in the USA for nearly 20 years & can say that, short of visiting Greece, this is authentic Greek cuisine!

Generous portions (each member of our party of 3 brought food back home) & lamb as well as chicken gyros were delicious
Also, must try their ‘Greek’ fries with feta.

Our server, Ronda, was well-informed, warm & attentive. Hope to return & will recommend to friends looking for healthy, tasty Mediterranean food

What did l eat and what's that smell?
I have eaten at several sister locations and the food, service and atmosphere is great! In my opinion this place should be investigated by the health
First, it's hotter then he'll in the place. Guess the A/C wasn't working. Next, there is a foul smell in the place of rotten food, the oder got on my clothes and l smelt it all day long.
Food was smaller portions then there sister restaurants, chicken did not taste as good and very very greasy. Asked for ranch dressing 3 times, l know other locations had. Girl at counter just said we don't have, but she was told where it was and basically tossed the package to me. Not the friendliest bunch. Didn't see the kitchen staff wash there hands or use gloves once. Overall compared to there sister locations, this place is a dive. I'd stay away or take a drive to Boca or Royal Palm Beach.

Souvlaki is a good place with several special dishes that’s are well served and delicious. Great for a quick lunch while at work

The food is great The service is great it is not a place to enjoy a great atmosphere it's a small dining area.

Came in to pick up a Doordash order for a customer. The older lady with the glasses at the counter handed me 2 cups to fill from the fountain machine, which wasn't appropriate since we are contracted to deliver items not prepare them. She called Doordash who assigned the order to a different driver. Waste of time and energy. There were 5 people working and no one filled the drinks. I was curious to try this place someday, however, I'll never come here again, for doordash or as a customer. The lady refused to tell me her name. She seemed pretty miserable at work, not sure why she came. Should have just stayed home grumpy.

The service was great, they were very kind and accommodating! However the food wasn't that great and the place smelled of old, overused oil.

I had the gyro and Greek salad and to be honest it was better than I expected. The food, presentation and custome service was AMAZING. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stop by and check it out

I wish they'd open location in Fort Lauderdale man oh man I miss them

OMG been looking for great Gyro forever when you've traveled and had real thing its hard to replicate it but this is.yum yum! My only regret is I didn't order 2 so I could have one for dinner tonight too. LOL and I forgot my drink on counter Great portion sizes you will not be disappointed I will be a returning customer for sure

Excellent food, exceptional service, and friendly staff! Rhonda told us about a rewards program and to keep our eyes out for coupons which I felt is exceptional service to notify customers of that rather then just take an order and not go above and beyond.

After taking a bite of the spoiled sour smell pudding, I felt nauseous and worried about food poisoning. I threw up the food. And felt an upset stomach. I took over the counter medication.
I called the restaurant and told the woman who takes orders what happened. I retold her they really should smell the pudding before packaging the order. She was rude dismissive and first asked me to drive to the restaurant to give her the pudding and she would replace it. I explained the pudding was frozen and spoiled but she said they never freeze their pudding and it is impossible their pudding was frozen. Because they make fresh pudding daily. I asked if I could get at least two puddings to compensate for my time and gas and she said that would be impossible. She laughed at me. Then she said they sold out of pudding. She never refunded my money.
I feel she didn’t care about my health or her food. The whole experience was ruined. I feel the restaurant was negligent in protecting its customers with respect. They don’t deserve my patronage in the future. The rude laughter. The lack of resolving concerns for selling spoiled food. The lack of empathy. The disregard to take ownership of finding ways to prevent this from happening again. But I thank DoorDash for protecting me from such horrible restaurant management.

I was there around 6 pm and it was lightening fast. Like I filled up my fountain drink and the food was bagged and ready to go!

Call the restaurant first a Greek restaurant that doesn't have saganaki flaming cheese

HORRIBLE! The lady at the cashier is SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! She should not be dealing with customers SUPER BAD ENERGY. If you order online food is alway missing, if you do pickup rudeness and lack of manners. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
