I've bought from spa and equipment online before, but going into the new Miami location was game changing! I set up my appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by Karina. This young lady is so professional and attentive. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me decide which treatment bed was the most suitable for my spa. I loved being able to test and see the products I was interested in in full action. I tested a few beds before I made my choice and was finally able to see and play with some of their other equipment. It is one thing to buy these things online than to try before you buy. Finally, a great spa resource in Miami.

I recently had an issue with a steamer I bought back on February and contacted customer service. I was helped by Yolanda, a very nice agent that took the time to help me with my replacement equipment status and placing an order as well. She was kind, courteous and cared about my business needs. She resolved my issues in a prompt manner and with a great, positive attitude. Thank you Yolanda for helping me out today!
