Text response for scheduling prior to Appt was stellar. Very quick to reply and provide all necessary answers to queries.
Why then the mid grade rating?
They advised they offered lymphatic massages (despite my not seeing it on site). This was a surprise for my partner. The issue was, “masseuse” doing “lymphatic” massage made my partner uncomfortable. Partner advised was breathing way heavy, like running out of breath; and would use her? Head? To massage. Worse by fact that she didn’t communicate what was happening or going to happen. The facial was superb and partner gave rave review.

Had a wonderful mani and pedi with Denise - owner was insight and very helpful. Clean environment and added a neck and shoulder massage as well! Everyone was professional and you can’t beat the pricing. Great way to end my vacation! Thank you! Workers are wonderful!

Me and my friend went in for a deep tissue massage and it felt like they just rubbed our skin with oil. Had much better massages for cheaper.

Alessia waxed my legs and it was just perfect! Won’t be trusting my skin with anyone else but her. Very profesional and experienced. I give 4 stars because the first time I went here they didn’t do a good job. But now that I know alessia I'll be back.

Last evening we stopped in at the spa and my finance spoke with them about the Hifu therapy. Their menu stated pricing between 450 for facial and 950 for total body. De discussed the upper arms, upper legs and abdomen and was given a price of 550.00. We then booked the procedure for the following day. When she was done we were charged 950.00 by the therapist. When I questioned it was referred to therapist whom stated it was total body. Not happy at all with this type of scheming. I have used this spa for many years however I have had my last service here now. I would recommend anyone getting services there get something in writing before the procedures or services are started.

I didn’t like the service they provide.
I went there for wax and the job was not well done, so I went the following day to ask for a correction and they didn’t want to do it and started having excuses for it.
I have also been charged for tips, forced! I didn’t like the actitud from the cashier.

The spa is located in such a beautiful courtyard in the heart of Lincoln Road, just by arriving I could feel the peaceful atmosphere. Cynthia Castanheira was my Medical Esthetician and she’s absolutely amazing. I completely recommend the Hifu and the radio frequency. I left there looking radiant. Thank you!

BEST PLACE TO Go For a everything! We went yesterday for a couples massage. We are stressed free for 3 weeks

I went in for a mani and pedi. The atmosphere was quite soothing but my nails came out looking like my 1yr old niece did them. Not everyone knows how to do gel. It's a shame because they had me so relaxed, that I didn't even notice that they messed up nails until after the effects wore off and I was long gone.

What an amazing experience! Walked in for a pedi. Loved the place, the design and the most modern and comfortable spa chairs I’ve seen. Above all, Alessia did an amazing job with the spa pedi. I highly recommend this place.

Cynthia is the best at body sculpting and facial lift! I always feel good, happy and fresh every time I get treated!

Had an excellent experience at the Spa e. Vivian did an excellent job by taking her time. The atmosphere was amazing. I recommend it to all giving it 5 stars.

My husband and I were treated like royalty. Booking our reservation was as simple as picking up the phone. The spa was very accommodating and booked us for our services immediately. We both felt very relaxed during our services. Vivian made me feel very comfortable during my massage (Deep Tissue). My husband commented that Jenny provided a great pedicure (Foot Fetish). We will definitely come back when we vacation in Miami again.
