NEVER USE THIS BANK! My husband and I opened a business account here and was approved for a loan through SBA and they refuse to release the funds to us. They stated they are sending the money back to SBA, it has been weeks and they have not sent the
money back. We opened an account with Chase to have the loan sent there and they are still holding the money. SBA said they have to wait until they get the money back to redirect it to our new account. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS BANK. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!

On July 30th, 2020 I went in to Space Coast to get some blank checks and I was being assisted by Ms. Shanice and she was very professional sweet personality and very patience with me. I had a problem with my app being in Spanish and she correct that also. So if you happen to encounter Shanice at Space Coast you will receive the best customer service ever. She deserves a RAISE

I bank there never a problem drive through service is a breeze wait time very little great people.

I had the worse experience at the drive through today. I joined one of three individual acct lines which was very long. The commercial line was open but no one was in there. An employee came out of the bank and had the people at the END of the three individual acct lines move to the empty commercial line anf all were serviced and gone about their saturdays while i was still in the line 15 minutes later. As if our time isn't important. This should be first come first serve. Poorly managed and upsetting.

Lobby closed before 4pm and drive through wasnt open! I drove 4 miles out of my way and got there at 3: 30pm. Please change your hours. Poor business practice to advertise incorrect hours of operation!

This bank has been an absolute nightmare.i have waited an entire month for a debit card.after the 3rd week i decided to call them and see what the issue was.so at that point they decided that they would ship another one.after ONE MONTH i finally get my card.go to activate it and it’s declined.call the bank and come to find out that this was my initial request for a new card and it’s already been canceled.after half an hour on the phone they decide they’ll waive the fed ex $18 charge to be shipped.now i get a phone call from fed ex that it requires a signature and they were unable to deliver my package.so now i have to arrange to pick it up at a fed ex location 25 mins from my home.i have never been so fed up and angry with a bank in my life.they don’t issue temporary cards to help their customers make.and who doesn’t allow cash to be deposited in the atm!? Checks fine but cash? The hours that they’re open are terrible and forget about going on a Saturday morning it’s a mess.nothing is convenient about this bank except getting paid a day early and for all of this headache it is NOT worth it.i will be taking my money and going elsewhere. ZERO stars for this bank!

I do not have the time to enter every single transaction in Excel because this bank ONLY provides monthly statements on PDF version. Other banks GIVE the option to download in EXCEL. This bank does not download on Quicken either. VERY FRUSTRATED!

I love the employees but there hours are terrible anyone that works 9-5 can't get there they close at 4 that's the most stupid hours. Probably going to have to go to a different bank hours and location just don't work, it's to bad the employees are awesome gonna miss them.

Space Coast Credit Union has the most inconvenient branch hours I have ever witnessed. 9-4 Monday through Thursday, until 6 Fridays and closed Saturday and Sunday, making extremely difficult to impossible to resolve issues concerning one's loan during the work week.

They close to early you can't never get anything handled use to be great now they sorry sf o not bank here

This used to be a good bank when it was Eastern Financial. Now, they are awful. I applied for a loan with a credit score over 700 and was denied. That's cool, it happens. What pissed me off? The fact the loan officer was so nice to me on the phone and advised he'd call me back in a few minutes to not call me at all. When I finally emailed at the end of the day asking the status, the guy was like oh sorry, you were denied. I went from his best friend to not worth a phone call in seconds. Impressive.

I called them last month to let them know I'd be traveling to another country for a few days. When I went to take a client out to dinner, my card was declined because they failed to notate my account properly. Literally left me stranded with no money in a foreign country because their agents clearly can't do their job.

I hate this bank and everything it stands for.can't wait to end this relationship. I have fraud a lot and if you do have fraud, they do not have a temporary card to pick up in the meantime like all other banks. Instead you have no choice but to wait 7-10 business days. Also, good luck calling their customer service phone number. I'm currently on minute 18 waiting for an agent. I miss East Coast!

Worst banking experience ever I just bought my car I went there to figure out how I could pay my car and the lady in the desk gave me a degrading look and told me I just have to fill the paper out. I told her it was my first time ever buying a car and I didn't want a late payment. She just took the payment. Didn't tell me that opening a checking account would make it easier I only found out because I called.

The customer service is poor and lacks quality
When you call the phones say you'll wait 5 minutes and it always takes 10-20 minutes for them to pick up.

Another issue I had is I got approved for a 12% APR I didn't have any credit now that I have credit they won't refinance the car for me

I highly suggest you guys use a different bank. Save yourself from this nightmare!

The worst bank ever can't wait to the beginning of the year I'm closing all my accounts with space coast and I'm joining BrightStar Credit Union I heard they were way better Space Coast Used to Be Good but now ever since the new system upgrade they suck ass I recommend no one to go to this Bank they never open when you need them so what's the use of them

Can't even deposit cash at an ATM.
Customer service only available business hours.

I opened this bank a little over a month ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. (1) I have a joint account and it took me 2 weeks to get a card and the other person it took almost a month! They always say you will get a call back and they never do (especially when it's their error). Now I am having issues getting the promo code they had when I opened my account. I made sure I met ALL the requirements and now they say they knew nothing of the code. I'm seriously fed up with this bank. If they can't fix this, I'm switching cause it's just too many errors with MY money!
