New credit card terms forced on all members make it so your funds are locked up for longer and they can make more money off you. Used to be the best in the business. Now it's pretty much just a bad as BoA or Wells Fargo

They are okay until something goes wrong, then you are on your own. We have been customers for many years, took out a new car loan and we can't log in to make payments. No one will try to fix the issue, I think they don't know how. Support is out sourced and they are completely indifferent and/or incompetent. It took almost two weeks to get a simple copy/paste reply that didn't fix my issue. Go anywhere but here.

Great place to do banking. Way better experience than the mega banks!
