Spain Restaurant and Toma Bar reviews
13We sat outside because all tables inside were reserved. Because we sat outside everything took extra long, from waiting to order drinks, to getting them to ordering food and receiving them. Also sad was that by the time to food got to us outside it wasn't hot anymore and also our 4 plates also didn't came all together. And one order was wrong. It was a nice evening to sit outside but feeling a bit forgotten put a damper on the whole evening
Everybody enjoyed the food and the ambiance. But the music was kind of loud for conversation so that's a not good
Great service, and friendly staff! I sat at the bar to watch the Lightning game. It was Saturday night, so the Flamenco show and band were providing great entertainment as well. This place is always fun.
Been a frequent patron of this place for years. Finally managed to get a table for the Flamenco Show! It did not disappoint! Everyone was great but Vanessa and Rafa are my faves! Ole!

Service was good and Spanish beer is available. That’s about the only true Spanish item you can consume in this place (outside of maybe some Spanish wines). Unfortunately the food is overpriced and not even good.
The food was exquisite. The service very good. Unfortunately, they already had a full house reserved, so we had to cut our visit short, but they let us in anyway as long as we promised not to spend too long.but we enjoyed it.
Service was good. Nice atmosphere and live music. The prawns were good, scallops were okay. Enjoyed our time at this restaurant.
Just around the corner from over busy area.chill atmosphere and family owned and operated. Live Spanish guitar!
Food was terrible. Don't waste your money. We ordered the scallop tapa and they served 3 very small scallops, not the correct size for this dish. They were far from fresh. The croquetas were mushy and full of filler, no ham visible, very small and poor quality. The beef tips tapa was also a tiny portion, very average flavor. I hadn't been there in a few years, and will not be back.
We came on a Saturday night when there was live music, the guys were super talented. The happy hour sangria was perfect and the food was very fresh. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. We will for sure come back again
Came here for happy hour today. $5 sangria was the hot tapa Paella Valenciana was DELICIOUS! Will absolutely order again. Clean and friendly staff
Quaint place in downtown Tampa serving up Spanish tapas. I want to start by saying our server was wonderful. She was attentive while not intrusive. And paced out our meal per our request.
The food is delicious, but much heavier than other tapas places I've been to. The dishes are very sauce heavy. We ended up ordering less than expected because of this.
My main complaint? It was absolutely freezing inside. This was a relatively temperate day in Tampa, and despite my husband and I both wearing jackets, the air conditioning was overwhelming. They have live music which is a fun addition to the meal, but we skipped dessert due to being so cold.
We would return, maybe on a really hot day!
Fun spot at the bar. Good choice of Tapas, Spanish dishes and drinks. Spanish guitar adds to the atmosphere.
