Sparkle Nails Miramar

Really like this place. They have really good nails tech that can do absolutely any design you bring up to them, exactly the same or even better. Wide variety of colors and nails last very long. I don’t mind paying for that kind of quality.

I found this place about a year and the service is amazing! My manicurist is Lily and she’s the only person that I can trust my mani and pedi.she’s so detailed I can be sleeping on meantime she’s doing my services. The only thing that I can see there is several times I spent to much time there because she is like jack of trades, not manager or person who take care the phone calls or walk in customers specially on Sunday.

I have given this place multiple chances and there’s always an issue. I made appointments I’ve always end up waiting an hour or more. Last time I waited OVER THREE HOURS. I just went in for a manicure/pedicure and my nails were two different different colors (not by my request) Don’t waste your time find someplace else

TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had to revisit the nail salon to get my toe repaired after getting a pedicure and toe repair from Amy. I was charged for acrylic/toe nail repair the first time. I came back in 2 days because it wasn’t fixed. I wasn’t supposed to pay for anything since I already paid for those services. However, I wanted to tip the young lady who repaired it anyway because it wasn’t on her to fix. It was for Amy to fix. The heavy set receptionist with a nose piercing charged me $5 and I told her I didn’t to expect to pay anything bc I already paid for those services the first time. I said I expected to tip the young lady who had to repair it anyway because Amy failed to do her job correctly the first time. She was very dismissive to what I said. She said no, Amy told me you cracked it. If I came 2 days ago for the same thing and paid. How the hell does that even make sense? She was very nonchalant about it. As a repeated customer, I will never come to Sparkle Nail again. That’s not how you treat people. Although $5 isn’t much, It’s the principle of the matter and the audacity for me! I rarely ever write reviews but I felt compelled to. It’s unacceptable and gross behavior to not accept accountability!

I had made two appoints and after we waited for an hour and 15 minutes the manager, who called me “Mami” said that there was a mistake (made by him—this is the second time this happens). Double booking tends to happen a lot at this place. Be careful, you will be disappointed with the management.

I love this nail spa, they are super friendly and professionals. Their work is sensational very natural nails look. Angy and Lilly are the best nail artists. I am very happy that I found this nail spa. Congratulations Sparkle Nail Salon.

Although this place can get busy, your visit will always run smooth. Everyone is always helpful & nice.

This place does not take the time to take care of their customers and they have no regard for people's time. I made an appointment for Mike, yet when I showed up they said there is no appointment on the book for me and put someone else in my place. They have a Receptionist that's task with making the appointments for the shop, yet when I brought the concern to their attention, the owner Tee tells me I should have used their app to avoid human error. Why have a Receptionist then if you don't trust her skills to simply make an appointment? They did this to my daughter on the days she was getting engaged which was grossly disappointing and here we are again. The customer service is extremely poor and I will never go back.

Made an appointment for a specific date and time. When I went in, I let them know I had an appointment and they said they would be with me shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes past my appointment time and ended up leaving without ever getting my nails done. I made an appointment as I had a time constraint but i couldn't keep waiting. Apparently it doesn't matter if you have an appointment and they don't honor it.

The salon itself did not look nor smell very clean, so I probably dodged a bullet anyway. I would not recommend this nail salon or return myself either.

This was my second time going to Sparkle and I'm so happy that I found this nail salon! There is a fun and inviting vibe when you walk in and the nail techs do a fantastic job on your nails! The key people that made it a great experience for me were first and foremost the dynamite greeter Chrissy, she keeps the place lit and energetic with her friendly character, humor and great music selections! The techs I had were Carla (Pedi) & Adam (Dip Mani). Both did a really great job with my nail. I'll definitely go back there from now on! Make an appointment if you can.the place gets packed!

Honestly, really enjoyed Amy and Angie’s work. The cleanliness and of the salon throws me off. There was a roach that was roaming around the salon the last time I was there. I think there’s a lack of organization from the owner of the business. She gets flustered/overwhelmed easily. Overall, didn’t care too much for my last experience there.

T is AMAZING & does EXCEPTIONAL work of art on my nails. Would highly, highly recommend! I have tried 8 nail salons in Miramar and Davie & Sparkle Nails, by far, is the BEST kept gem in Miramar!

Service would be better if the technicians will reduce the laughing and talking. Some of the technicians talk and laugh waaaaaay to much amongst themselves in their non- English language while serving customers. It makes u feel like they are talking and laughing about you (the customer). This is very rude.

This nail salon is one of a kind. It’s very difficult to find a nail salon that will treat you with respect and truly appreciate your your business. This place is a hidden jewel. They are friendly and the work they do is phenomenal!

I have been coming to Sparkle nails for 3 years now, and I have tried other places, and nothing compares to Sparkle Nails, I moved and I rather drive 30 minutes and get a great job done here, than 5 minutes away from home and they did a garbage job. I used to really like this nail salon but the last few times I've been here has been a disappointment. The owners sister acts entitled and has a matter of fact RUDE attitude. This isn't the only nail spot in America. They fired the other young woman who did LOVELY manicures/pedicures and hired a male to do massages (as if I want or need his services). The young Latin woman who did my manicure (no acrylic by the way) messed up my cuticles BAD to the point where they WON'T stop peeling and bleeding. This also tells me that THEY DO NOT CLEAN their instruments (nail tools). I don't think I will be returning here.
