I have a dog and I had to find a different place to watch and vacuum my car and they are saying that I would have to purchase detailing to remove dog hair. This was a waste of money half of the time.

Do not go there if you have a new car. They offered me to change my fuel injection and didn’t have a clue how to do it.

I took my company car to get an oil change the car only has 16k miles and on the oil change they put 160k. Call back advise that I need to reflect the accurate mileage, manager on duty says come back only to come and he advise the manager that can do it works next week. WTH, what was the purpose of all of this. Professionalism and critical thinking is not located here. Terrible experience pay attention to what you put on a receipt that needs accurate information for accounting.

Back Mat not picked up and vacuumed.
Cup Holders not cleaned.

Poor quality and a lack of professionalism. Spent about $200 dollars here for a full interior and exterior clean and interior detailing, car was gone most of the day and when I picked it up there were parts of it that were untouched or poorly went over. The whole car was also very greasy and it seems they don’t care to use clean rags when doing the interior / exterior. I thought this place would be nice but it just seems like they are rushing cars through and not doing a very good job which is a shame considering the price.

WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Manager Carla and other employees have no respect for the customer at all! I brought the car to have a wash and vacuum. When I came back to the car it had white soapy spots all over the front and the doors, the girl who gave me the car back said that the problem was that the machine wouldn’t dry the car but push the drops of soapy water back (even though they hand dryer it after finishing with the machine) she apologized about the problem with the machine and tried cleaning the spots, but since it was not easy I decided to talk to the manager. The so called “manager”, Carla, saw the car and had the audacity to say that my car’s paint was damaged and those were spots on the painting (which is imposible since the car is brand new). After explaining what the other employee said to me, Carla decided to come with a pease of cloth, a sponge and some cleaning liquid. She could not remove it with the cloth so she tried the sponge, the spots started to disappear, but scratches started to appear instead! She wouldn’t even say sorry, and the second I noticed I asked her to stop! She called someone else to try to fix the problem but even when polishing, the scratches stayed there. Some would say that after such an awful experience a refund would be in place. But Carla, being very disrespectful and laughing in my face, said that she wouldn’t give it, no matter what. Wait, you scratched my car, don’t repair it, and you deny to make a refund and on top of that you make fun of me? This “manager”, Carla has Zero Professionalism, zero respect for the customer, zero experience in working with public and zero STARS for me. I said to the guy who tried to fix it that the scratches where still there and he would not listen. DON’T GO HERE!

These people did not even wipe down the car, they just let it dry in the sun with spots all over it and didn't even clean the windows inside or out.

I spent almost 80 bucks to get the oil change and car wash, but it felt like the car wash is more basic than the basic wash they have for $16.99. So it’s not really a good deal, mainly because it doesn’t feel like real vacuumed, and I had to ask for a microfiber towel to clean the cups holder, the console, the gear, and part of the driver’s door. Like people say, “want to do well, do it yourself. ” It seems like they rather have more quantity than quality; of course, that’s the capitalism after all.

I took my car for an oil change and they took it through the car was with my bumper intact came out my bumper was broken So they took me through a week long investigation to tell me thay it's not there fault and I have to pay for my car to get fix which over a thousand $$$'s I will jot recommend them too fix a bike but my lawyer will be reaching out to them and also channel 9

Worst service ever, the staff is ghetto and rude. They ignore me the entire time and don’t even care about the service that I pay. Stay away from this place.

Just cleaned my car here and unfortunately the detailing was very poor. This was a very good place and they have a great location, unfortunately, some of the stuff just don't do their job properly.
