If I could give zero stars I would. Late, not finished, DAMAGED hood emblem. Zero customer service or apology. Team couldn’t care less. Hand wash does not mean pressure wash.

This place is always my go to wash. Service is great and for what you pay the level of attention to detail is excellent.

It was my first time visiting Sparkling Image. The customer service provided was exceptional, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car looks amazing, and I purchased a membership too!

Sparkling image failed. A brand new vehicle first time ever washed, and their detail on delivering the vehicle with management was lazy!
Complete waste of money.
They have ample manpower but poor management!

Had a bad experience the first time i came in but Matthew the manager was awesome he welcomed me to come back in and let the crew give her a new wash. Very satisfied with with the customer service

Place is amazing, $60 a month unlimited interior and exterior cleans and they do an amazing job. If income 2x a month it’s worth it, and uk I be coming more than that.

After paying for the monthly service I came for a car wash and was told for $50 more you would clean it better
I was paying for the full service monthly. Obviously not worth it if you want $50 more to clean the car properly
You should add the detailing to the monthly cleaning once a month

Reasonable rates for an exterior/interior cloth clean. Staff seemed organized and collaborated. Took about 20 minutes, but it’s fun watching them clean all the vehicles while waiting.

I came here for a hand wash since my car was brand new and I didn’t have the time to wash it myself trusting they wouldn’t screw it up. I only hand washed it twice prior with a 2 bucket wash process. This place swirled the hell out of my clear coat, it’s looks like they either dried it with a reused dirty towel or a sponge full of dirt. If you actually care about your car paint staying pristine, don’t take it here. I paid extra money, waited extra time for a hand wash and all they did was ruin my car.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!

Ronald was helpful. They made my car look pretty again and they got me back on the road quickly despite the crowd. They have a great team. I'm always glad I stopped by.

I set out to have the inside of my car detailed … wash seats and rugs … I specifically asked if the stain on my seat would come out and the man checking me in said absolutely. I left the car with him and went inside to pay. 2 hours later I come back and the seats are covered in plastic.the guy checking me out tells me seats are still wet so I leave covers on and drive home. Later that evening I take the plastic cover off and see that the stains are still there … parts of the seat weren’t even washed. I immediately emailed the location with pictures since they were closed and this morning left a message for the manager to call me back. No response! $179 for a basic wash! Don’t waste your time or money!

I thought I would give them a second chance. I won't go back. I made the mistake of letting an employee drive my vehicle through the wash vs.me driving. He let multiple vehicles in line skip ahead of mine. He made my wait much longer than expected. Very little customer service.

Every time the Department of Transportation says it's there to get our vehicles why it's outstanding work they do they do great Fleet work on all state vehicles very nice very clean awesome work

Great experience every time! I rent cars and I’ve been taking all of them here since December to have them clean on the outside and I always leave content. All the workers delivered an excellent costumer service and performance.
