I just got my car cleaned 3 days ago and I meant to send a review, WOW! I have never had my car like this! I have had it cleaned many times before but it never came out like this! The detail job was impressive and the attention to every single detail out of this world! I have kids and a dog and I had no idea my car was that filthy, I’m embarrassed to even post the photos!
To my defense We bought the car used and didn’t know it had a secret cup holder so God knows how long that wasn’t cleaned.
Apparently this location (#59… yes I asked to make sure I had the correct one) has a new manager and you can tell that he knows his business. Congrats! This is by far the Best kept secret location in Sunrise!
PS: I’m coming back to this place for sure and do yourself a favor bring your and your wife’s car here too! Trust me is not clean.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s sad to see how bad they have fallen off. I pay $90 for my truck to be hand washed because I don’t like to put it through the machine and if this doesn’t is the quality hand wash they give it’s just a disgrace. Still bird poop residue all over, foot marks on my door panels still and what ever tire polish they use had made an absolute mess oh my rims and wheel wells. If I could give less than one star I would just a poor quality job but over all. Will definitely never return to this place

I hate to have to write this review, but I’m disappointed and BEYOND upset about what happened yesterday, but I must share. Before deciding to get a car wash, I drove home to get my son’s wallet so that I could give it to him so that he’ll have money to eat out with his basketball friends after they finished with bball training. While driving to the car wash, I placed my son’s wallet underneath the passenger’s seat because I was going to enter Wendy’s (adjacent to the car wash) before taking the car to get washed (I don’t like to carry money on me). Instead of going to Wendy’s, I quickly changed my mind and got my car washed first, forgetting that my son’s wallet was underneath the seat! Horrible mistake. As I walked towards the sound of the workers shouting “black Lexus” to get my vehicle, my thoughts were to just thank them for doing a great job cleaning my vehicle, which they’ve always done! I drove off waving goodbye. As I arrived to my son’s training I shouted, “my baby’s wallet”! I reached underneath the seat…the wallet was GONE! I called that business so fast, but they were closed. Never would I have thought that someone would steal from me at this car wash. The people seemed so honest and trustworthy. In my son’s wallet, was about 140 dollars (that he saved), a few coins, and a picture of him (clearly looks like a child). How the heck do you steal from a CHILD! I have a membership with them ($69 a month) and have been a member for a little over a year. I’m just so disappointed. I’m writing this review at 5am because I couldn’t sleep. They open up at 8am, and I will give an update once I speak with a manager in person!

Update: I arrived early the next morning and explained what had happened to the manager. We (the manager and myself) watched the surveillance footage from the previous day and there’s no cameras recording the passenger side of the vehicles. The manager then asked why didn’t I place the wallet in the glove compartment. Really, why can’t they be honest employees and not take things that are not theirs! It was the fastest hiding place to place the wallet while I was driving! The only thing that can be done is an incident report. I just have to wait and see what happens…which I highly doubt this matter will be rectified due to the fact that they have a horrible camera system and “no proof”…sigh

****I gave this place 2 stars because not all of the employees at this location are good for nothing, cunning, lazy, lousy, low life, lying thieves. And I wholeheartedly mean every darn word! ****

Update: January 14,2024
To rectify the situation, the manager did offer bumper to bumper cleaning services (which I’m grateful for). I just hope it’s understood that it’s the principle! What sold me was their kindness, their cheerfulness no matter what, they give back to their customers (cust.appreciation day…which was nice), and most of all their quality of service. I just have to be careful.
