Sparkling Kleen did a fantastic job with our pool remodel. They began the project right on time and although there were a few hiccups, they responded and resolved each and every issue to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to have a new pool installed or a pool remodel. Nikki, Maria, Sarah and Kyle all worked to make our project as painless as possible with beautiful results.

Sparkling Kleen Pools was a great company to work with. Julie was our sales gal with much experience and expertise. She was thorough and exact. Niki was our go to in the office, kind and helpful throughout the entire project. We had our tile and pool edging redone due to cracked glass blocks in our spill way. We also had pavers installed in our entire pool and lanai area. All the workers were clean, and professional from beginning to end. I would recommend Sparkling Keen Pools 100%.

Highly recommend planning and building your pool with Sparkling Kleen! From the initial contact with our design specialist, Summer, we had a great experience. She was quick to answer questions, provide guidance and amend the design/quote as we worked with different options. Many other PBs were unresponsive or took several weeks. After we signed our Project Manager Darrin and office Contact Daniel were excellent to work with. They explained the process, kept me up to date with regular updates/communications and made our vision a reality. They quickly addressed all questions/touch up work. The pool came out phenomenal and the team made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with our pool resurface project. We contracted with Sparkling Kleen to do a pool resurface, add an arc waterfall and add a handrail. From the start we found Sparkling Kleen to be professional, communicative and responsive. Their workmanship through all phases of the project was top notch. Special mention to Sarah and Maria for keeping us updated on project status, Spencer and Neon for their superior workmanship and attention to detail and Dennis for his excellent guidance on placement of the arc waterfall.

They finished my pool a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. It was almost too easy compared to some of the horror stories others in our neighborhood had about other companies. I would say these guys are your TOP TIER pool company that cost much less than others. They have a whole team that helped us. Summer came and showed us how the pool design would look in on our property, Daniel and Darrin helped with specific details of the build and make tweaks along the way and Kristal knocked it out of the park with some of her design ideas. Kristal Kelley is the Fairy Godmother of this company! She single handily redesigned and reengineered a remodel of our pool and decking that went terribly bad due to material. She supervised, suggested, lead the team as only a true leader could and would. We are now proud and very pleased with our remodeled back yard thanks to Kristal!

I am so very pleased with my new pool. It was amazing! The process was long but not toopainful my site Chief Darrin was quick to respond to my concerns and kept me in the loop day to day so there were no unexpected surprises they even battened down the hatches before the Two recent hurricanes! It did take a year to complete. I felt that Darrin was always looking out for me. But unfortunately I am
Now a happy customer here. Despite a few hiccups. This pool was not cheap so it’s not a case of you get what you pay for. Knowing now what I’ve learned about pools I’d recommend them although my post-project completion experience was not great (just don’t do the infinity edge just not worth the TLC it needs.) It should be in my humble opinion running smoothly now, (it is!) There other companies out there there really there is nothing Uber spectacular or extra special about this one, except they are going to stand behind their product and make sure customers are happy. For me that is important and hard to find these days!

Purchasing our pool, thanks Moshe, the install procedure, the customer service, the site used to communicate and keep us fully informed during the project, including photos and videos of each step, all EXEPTIONAL! Darrin and Daniel kept in contact with us on every step of the process, guiding us through each step, giving us realistic time frames and answering all of our questions timely. We couldn't have asked for anything more, we are absolutely satisfied with our purchase and the process. We are so excited to have many years to enjoy our pool and lanai area with our family!

Great experience from our first contact with Summer in sales to Daniel in the office and Darrin, the project manager. They ordered our cage when we signed the contract and planned the pool construction schedule to coincide with the cage schedule. Everything was on time. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Our pool is beautiful.

The proof is in the (pool) party. We just completed a major renovation and updating of our pool, Jacuzzi, deck, equipment, etc.with Sparkling Kleen Pools. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Great communications and oversight by the project manager, Kyle. The office kept me informed from the design to the first big splash (thanks Sarah and Nikki). Neon rolled up his sleeves to make sure everything was perfect on the pool and spa. And finally Spencer replaced very antiquated systems and gave a great explanation of how to use the mobile features to run my whole pool from my phone. I am so glad I went with Daniel's team at Sparkling Kleen! The only problem is I can't get my guests to leave.they love the spa, the pool and the surrounding area so much now!

Kristal Kelley assisted me this afternoon with some tiles I needed for my pool.
I brought in a sample of one I currently have.
Unfortunately, she did not have any in stock.kristal contacted the company and asked them to send some tiles directly to my home so that I could get the repair underway.

Kristal genuinely cares about taking care of her customers.
