Spas Etc made our hot tub buying process very smooth and stress free. From the sales person being very attentive and understanding our wants, to the delivery team providing easy install and answering all our questions. Would recommend!

They help us out on getting the perfect spa for us that fits our needs! We love it! There on point with everything there from customer service, scheduling and step by step instructions on what to do each month for maintenance. We highly recommend them!

DO not hesitate to buy a Hot Springs Spa. PLEASE come here before you buy any other hot tub! The Hot Springs Spa is so far superior in technology, cleaning systems and options. We bought a hot tub from a spa company in Orlando and it didn't work at all. I was very lucky that they took the hot tub back. Do not make the mistake I made and go anywhere else for your Hot Tub. Bring your swim suit so you can get in the spa. I had the BEST experience I have ever had buying a Hot Springs Spa from Spas Etc. From the phone call to walking into the store. The team took such great care of me. Once the decision was done (I bought a salt water system from two choices both excellent) I was blown away by the amount of time the team spent with me at my home showing me how to use the hot tub. The training session takes a long time like an hour or more because they are so thorough! Its really unbelievable how thorough they are. I would highly recommend filming the training session (I wish I had). We bought the Blue Tooth Speakers and the Ace Salt Water System and we are so happy with the technology. Push a button to "clean" after getting out. Highly recommend the Ace Salt Water System. Your skin will feel soft. If you go to another hot tub store and than you come here you will see the difference in technology and in quality. NO Comparison. Your in amazing hands with the entire team at Spas ETC. I bought a Sundance unit in December 22. I've had it 4 months and I absolutely love it. The spa works as advertised and the filtration is excellent. The service here is absolutely fantastic. We had 2 or 3 issues and the tech came right out addressed our issues and explained everything to us. I highly recommend there are lots of places to get a cheaper spa.but the ability to have actual service.a human being answering calls. And a company that stands by its product is priceless

The experience with Spas Etc.was at the highest level of professionalism the customer service to the delivery and the install. The beginning with Dan in full detail sold us on the deal. Malcolm on the payment and delivery set-up to closing the deal was on point. Delivery and install team Steve and Kevin great communication with lay-out plus explains in full detail to service, to the reference guides to quick set-up and up keep on maintenance etc. To have a good product with great service makes a long-lasting impression. It’s a new world when you get a spa hot tub especially from Spas Etc. You fella’s killed it! Thank you! ST

Spas etc did an excellent job for me spa came in when it was supposed to. Dan kept me in the loop the entire process and ordered a custom cover due to height restrictions. Kevin and Stephan did a great job delivering, setting up and showing me how to use. Kevin the service manager came back the next day to make one adjustment to the cover. It is perfect now and the spa is amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Hotsprings has the BEST hot tubs and exceptional service! My hot tub was delivered quickly and smoothly. The delivery guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dan thoroughly explained how to maintain the hot tub and offered to check back in after the electric is hooked up. I am beyond excited to have my beautiful Hotsprings Prodigy tub just in time for Christmas!

I can’t give enough praises to the guys at Spas etc. From the start there were so helpful picking out the tub that fit my needs and wants. They helped me choose the colors I wanted. Delivery guys did awesome explaining everything to me and showing me how to treat the water and showing me how to work the tub. I had a few extra questions and when I called the store they were more so nice explaining everything to me too!

The staff at Spas Etc.in Casselberry, Fl were so informative, explained everything I needed to know. They were not pushy and have the best service. They are the Best in the Business!

Absolutely love my spa! My experience from start to finish was superb. Delivery and set up was a breeze. I highly recommended a Hot Spring Spa and the knowledgeable/friendly staff will not disappoint you.

From the start to finish Spas etc has been so helpful. I’ve heard nothing but good reviews about them so I had to check them out! On the sales floor not once is it rushed, they never pressure you. They are very knowledgeable about their products, they know them very well inside and out! And if you don’t know what you would like you can even test soak in them! Delivery crew is very thorough with explaining everything and making sure you understand your tub! The staff are always willing to answer any type of question you have! Don't walk, RUN to Spas etc and get your tub. You won’t be disappointed.

Whether it is Spas Etc.or Hot Springs, they simply are unable or unwilling to service their customers. After waiting almost 9 months to even get our spa, it was damaged during delivery and we waited 8 MONTHS for a replacement for the damaged part. Now we have a defect in the acrylic of the spa and have waited 4+ months (still waiting) for warranty service with little to no follow up from Hot Springs or Spas Etc.

Would not recommend Spas Etc.or Hot Springs until they figure out how to provide even marginal customer service after the initial order.

Update: As you can see from their response, Spas Etc.is willing, but unable to service their customers due to poor vendor management and considers many months waiting on warranty repairs as “not as fast as a customer would like. ”

Update #2: Now 5+ months since the warranty claim, spa shell is still damaged, and still not so much as a follow up call, email, or status update from Spas, Etc.or Hot Springs. Again, absolutely atrocious customer service.

What a beautiful spa. We brought the Pulse model. Such a great variety of message jets. The delivery took a while as expected as the timing of when we ordered it and the colors we wanted needed to be manufactured. So glad we went with American Made. You can really tell the quality.
The delivery and set up was great and all of the options and operating instructions were explained well.
I would highly recommend Spas Etc.for a new Hot Springs spa.
