Everything was beautifully relaxing, from start to finish. The atmosphere, the refreshments, the comfortable attire, and most of all, my massage. My therapist Michelle was a miracle worker. Amazing experience!

Love this place! Charlene is great and the other staff is so friendly. Great massages, I recommend the hot salt stone massage. Nice little waiting area with neck warmer and refreshments before and/or after appointment.

The therapists are great. However the staff is unhelpful and unwilling to work with you on necessary reschedules and have a complicated method for cancelling a membership. I wouldn't recommend a membership with them at all if you can avoid it.

Had my first facial with Cartier, she was amazing! I am a member but usually only get massages.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa today. I had three different treatments, a facial, massage and body wrap and all were fantastic! Everyone I encountered from the front staff to all of the technicians were wonderful. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this spa. I highly recommend it and will definitely be going back!

Friendly staff! I love Spavia and visit whenever I can even in other locations away from my home. Their membership package is amazing! Always consistent and great variety of services.

Purchased a massage for my wife and she loved it, they were very professional and great customer service from beginning to end, the only downside is that she liked it so much, now I have to buy her the monthly package. LOL

Got a wonderful facial here, one of the best I’ve ever had very detailed. They have a nice lounge type area when you get there where you can change into your robe, have some tea, and relax before your services. The location was very clean and the staff is very nice. I would definitely be back for a facial the experience overall was very relaxing.

Today was my first time visiting Spavia. Had a PHENOMENAL 100-min Signature Massage by Adam.
Seriously the best massage I have ever had.and I have had many! Adam is an outstanding Massage Therapist! Highly recommend this Day Spa in Winter Park. Booked my appointment online, and it was super easy and convenient to do. Management, Therapists, and Staff are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Can't wait to come back for more amazing services!

Do not sign up for this place because when u say u want to end ur membership they say the manager needs to call u and do it. Then they charge u the next month n when u call again to get it money back they want to say we didn't cancel it but I was at the place n said to the staff I wanted it canceled. This place just like to steal ur money

I highly recommend this spa! I went in for a standard massage and it was amazing, I love the environment. You get a locker, a robe and wait for your masseuse in a room. I had Cheryl, she was AMAZING and so lovely to talk to! I usually go somewhere else but I felt my money’s worth more at Spavia than any other spa. The relaxation and atmosphere was everything I needed to relieve my stress. Just try to be 20 mins earlier than your appointment to fill out paperwork. I don’t see why this place has a bad reviews to be honest, I can’t wait to go back again!

My massage was supposed to be 80 minutes but the staff downgraded me to 60 minutes because they made a scheduling error, this meant I finished 20 minutes before the rest of my party and just sat there alone. They gave me $20 off, but there was no apology and I much rather would have had the whole massage. It was my first girl’s day out since I had my baby and it was disappointing. I asked to speak to the owner, but my request was denied.

Very clean and cozy place and extremely friendly staff. You'd definitely try and enjoy their variety of massages. I got their signature massage which is relaxation of amazing 60 minutes

The staff was clean, warm, and welcoming! My mother received a facial for the first time with Shamayah and she enjoyed herself to the fullest and that's all I can ask for! My massage was just what I needed and I am so great full for everything Michael did for me!

They'll trap you into a poorly explained contract for massages then cancel your appointments last minute, switch out your masseuses, send you 20-30 emails about your account not being paid (despite it having been paid) and then try and enforce the contract when they've clearly not upheld their side of the bargain. Poor value. Terrible customer service. Ridiculously bad communication. Would not ever recommend to anyone!

My daughter and I had the best experience at Spavia. We both had 80 minute massages. The staff is very professional and caring. We will definitely be back!
