SPCA Florida Adoption Center

I got my pup from here in 2016 and they were wonderful! I also have since taken him to the Medical Center in the same location and they are very helpful, thorough, and informative. Dr. Dorian and Gwen took great care of him and were very reassuring to me after having an awful night at an urgent care vet the night before.

I've HEARD SPCA is a money making organization for the executives. I'VE BEEN TOLD ANIMALS ARE
NOT PROTECTED RATHER THEY ARE KILLED TO MAKE ROOM FOR MORE. IS THIS TRUE? SO I CANT
MAKE AN RECOMMENDATION!

Had a kitten that showed up on my doorstep that was terribly emeciated.so bad that I thought she had been hit by a car, took her into the SPCA the next morning and they took her in right away and when it was discovered that she had not been hit but was very close to death due to being malnourished they found a donor to help with her costly vet bill that I couldn’t afford by myself. Great people who care about their clients and the animals they care for. Customer for life!

They are doing a great service for these animals. I've adopted a few dogs from here. The best dogs I've ever had.

People are really nice there, adoptions are fairly quick after meet and greet goes well. My dog went home with medications for chronic dry eye. I'm used to it as my first min pin had it, he is now 18 years old.
I'm glad I found my little 6 year old daisy girl.
She had fun camping with us last weekend.

I recommend any of my friends or family members to take their pets to the SPCA cuz they will be well taken care of the staff are great with our pets great job

Showed great care for my 10 week old puppy who was very ill. Couldn't have taken him anywhere better!

This perticular office is very attentive to sick pets, they even called the day after to follow up on him after his sick visit.

The volunteers know so much about the dogs and took time to show them to us and give us background on the dogs.

You have to stand in line nearly 20 minutes just to get a flea pill I hate this place my vet is alot better wont be coming back here.

Very helpful in a difficult time. We had to put are 16 year old dog Cindy to sleep. She had a brain tumor. Staff could not have been nice. Thank you

9 years ago I found my forever companion, my best friend. Life is wonderful when you have a dog. Adopt a shelter and not just a puppie, older dogs needs to be loved too.

This place is awesome! Great place to bring the family and stop in and check out the dogs and cats for adoption. Staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we've had about the animals. You can also request one on one time with any of the cats or dogs. If your looking for a new addition to the family, then this SPCA location has the cats and dogs to choose from!

Me and my Fiance adopted a beautiful year old labradoodle from here. The facility was well cleaned (We went near closing hours and it was still well kept), the staff and trainers were extremely professional and helpful. We had a great experience and you're in good hands adopting from here.

Dr S. Gross is an amazing vet who really cares about the animals and is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Will definitely request her for every visit.

Amazing staff, all animals are well vetted and cared for daily. Very nice facility, especially the kitten rooms.

I'm stupid and literally walked out without paying them because I misunderstood and they were still so nice to me when I paid over the phone! I felt so bad and they were just the sweetest. Always take great care of my sweet cat.

These people take lovely care of the animals, and the selection of potential family members is always excellent. Take the chance to meet one of the dogs or cats!

Absolutely the best place to take your pet for care. Even with our end of life visit for our pet we couldn't have ask to be treated better.
Got a surprise in the mail from them about a week later, a hand signed condolences card from the staff.
That was a bright spot in what was dark day for us.
