I am extremely impressed with the level of care that SCAN provides. The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly and reassuring. Dr Lind is the best! She is incredibly smart and is at the top of her game. She is very warm and compassionate and explains everything in a detailed, yet logical way. I love the fact that she thinks outside of the box (when presented with queries) and goes above and beyond for her patients. Every part of our visit was perfect

Dr. Cook and the entire staff were amazing. Such a caring environment for my severely sick dog. Dr. Cook took the time and walked me through the entire MRI process without charging me for unnecessary tests and procedures. I had a horrible experience with Blue Pearl and was welcomed with love at SCAN. I would give them 100 stars if possible.

My little girl started acting really odd end of December 2022. After multiple vet visits and many tests, she was diagnosed with epilepsy. My vet recommended I see Dr Cook. Molly loved him and his assistant. I forgot her name, but she was absolutely lovely and very loving with Molly. We had a great experience at SCAN, and I’m so glad we did!

SCAN has been absolutely wonderful! From agreeing to see our dog Colby on a Friday afternoon, to doing emergency surgery till 8pm the same night, and constantly updating us on how he is doing. We could not have asked for a better team to take care of our baby. All of our questions & more were answered and we felt at ease. Colby is doing amazing and it is all due to the wonderful team at SCAN.

Colby went from being partially paralyzed on Friday to up & walking less than 48 hours post surgery. The team is amazing & big shout out to Christina & Dr. Cook. Everyone was super friendly & professional but also loving to our baby. Wouldn't change a thing!

Couldn’t thank this amazing staff, from the receptionist up front, the vet techs, all staff, and Dr. Cook enough. By far the most compassionate group of people work at this office. My French bulldog went in for emergency back surgery and he’s doing great. Defied a lot of odds against him, and I truly believe the staff helped with that. The level of care, expertise and compassion was phenomenal. They informed me every step of the way and even sent me a few pictures of our boy while he was staying in their hospital. Thank you all sooooo much! Cooper loves you all bunches!

I went to SCAN for guidance and answers for my dachshund. They provided exactly that. Everyone was so nice and caring. It's exactly what I needed. Although we decided that surgery was not our best option, they gave me hope and guidance on our new life with a wheeled weenie! ️ Provide guidance

Such a wonderful group of people. They are warm and welcoming, as well as extremely professional. Dr Cook made sure I had a clear explanation of my pets condition as well, as explaining what we were looking at in the future.

When we were first referred to SCAN I had my reservations regarding the process and whether I was putting my pup through unnecessary tests. Dr. Cook and his staff were absolutely gracious and welcoming to us, our pup, and our circumstance. The process was heart wrenching as we felt out of control with her issues and they were there to calmly explain the situation and plans for moving forward. Even though we lost our sweet pup, it was the best thing we could have done for her. I was already eternally grateful to them for that time and understanding. Then to top it off, we received a condolence card from the office - a special touch that warmed both of our hearts. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for you and your pets. Outstanding service and empathy from people who see this everyday, at a time when you are feeling helpless and vulnerable.

Everything about our experience has been great and I would highly recommend the practice to someone else. Wonderful care for our dog beginning with emergency care and now monthly visits. Everyone in the office communicates with compassion and kindness. Can’t express our gratitude enough.

Sean, Christina and Dr. Lind were fantastic taking care of our Boston Terrier, Murphy. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Having an acute spinal cord injury is terrifying, and I couldn't be happier with the care Murphy received. Thorough and caring medical attention, showed patience and went above and beyond expectations. Christina called us the very next morning when we had to leave him for an MRI and potential surgery. The MRI showed no surgical intervention was indicated, and they were provided excellent care and communication about his injury.

This place is worth all the stars in the world! I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my dog somewhere as I did here. Not only are they professional, but they are compassionate and you can see the love for animals shine through. My dog was and is in the bast care when coming here. Definitely worth it
