Frivolous business treat their costumers with no respect. Poor craftsmanship and damage guaranteed. Broke my door control retainer, created a hole in the carpet, scratched the sheetmetal. All my door panels are loose and rattle.
Not worth your time or aggravation.
Will not tolerate management petulant actitud.
Then they will blame the supplier, stating that they are willing to resolve any issues.
They had over a year and choose to ignore my numerous requests.

Now they will reply as the good guys

Shady workmanship, and unethical staff.
I went to location; while in the showroom after numerous unanswered calls.
I call the manage to see her look at the caller ID and reject the call.
Sure after this post there will be a reply stating how good they are.
That they are willing to work things out blame the supplier - Katzkin, or claim the issue is normal.etc.
They had over a year to resolve issues and they did not. Literally thieves, stole my time, my dad pass without enjoying the leather.
Not pleased with work, quality nor service.

Prerry good place but it's always the peothat put in the extra care like the Manager Brian Satterlee who puts in the extra care for your car.

I recently had leather added to my 23 Tacoma. Ralph was incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions. The outcome was perfection and the quality of work was true craftsmanship. I highly recommend this shop.

I have a 2012 Camry with all the bells and whistles which I keep like brand new and has very very low mileage. A couple or a few years ago. The screen on my radio started dimming and I asked the dealership how much it would be to put a new radio, and, it seemed very expensive for me in comparison to what I thought it should be. Later on I went to a radio place and they were able to do a used one if I want it for about 1/4 of the price. I decided that since everything on the radio was working except the screens, I was going to stay with that for a while. Also, the back up camera was working so I didn’t have to worry about that.
Recently, my screens finally went out so I asked a friend of mine who happens to work at Toyota, where the best place would be to get a new radio and he recommended that I see Ralph at specialty automotive parts. He called Ralph and said he was sending me over but I decided to go the next day and Ralph was off. However, I first met Jennifer, who is delightful, and came out and took a photo of my old radio and then I spoke to Brian who discussed with me what I would want. To make a long story short, Brian worked hard to make sure that he got all of the proper parts because one of the parts may be because my car is older, didn’t fit, so he ordered every possible combination that would fit in my Toyota and found it and I just got the radio which is beautiful and sounds great. My only problem is that I am computer illiterate and don’t know what a 10 year old today knows about Apple play and other technological issues. Anyway, everyone was wonderful and totally professional. They even took me home and picked me up because they needed extra time to do the job right and I am very happy with this place. This is why I see that it has very very high ratings. If you need what they have, get it from them, you can’t go wrong.

Bought Katzkin seat for my husbands Ram from them. I was tired of the black leather. Went with a two-tone. Absolutely Fabulous! I just cannot believe how well they transformed his truck to something I like when I get into it!

Bought a new Chevy 1500, unfortunately it had cloth seats.and dealer wanted way to much for leather. NOT NO MORE! This place took care of the whole transformation, new leather seats, my choice of colors and also did the console and door insert! I could not be happier and all reasonably priced!

They are phenomenal. Very good quality work, great quality leather kits and quick turnaround. We save people thousands by not having to deal with the dealerships, and often suggest that they update their car by adding leather. Lasts longer than the garbage the manufacturers are putting in. My own personal vehicles have also been done by them and I'm grateful that Christina and her team always come through.

My 2015 Suburu lacked Blind Spot protection, but it was otherwise a wonderful car, so I did not want to trade it in for lack of that one feature. My Suburu technician suggested that SAT might be able to help me. SAT added a VOX system to my car, and I could not be happier. It functions beautifully, alerting me with a red light if someone is in my blind spot, and additionally with a sound if I have my turning blinker on. The ladies at the front desk and on the phone at SAT were all a pleasure to deal with (esp. Jessica!). The manager Brian was honest and fair in his pricing, a real gentleman to deal with, and kindly made sure I was comfortable with how the system worked before I left the lot. Now, I am thinking of getting new leather seats, and I would definitely go back to SAT in Tamarac.

This is not your usual automotive company. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem in a half an hour, and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Seriously, 5 stars are not enough for me to give them a rating. Super professional work, not a scratch or a mark, nothing at all, it seems that the seats came original with the car. I was really super happy with the work, the girl on the phone was super friendly and always kept me up to date with everything… I recommend them 100 percent

I upgraded the factory cloth seats to all leather on my 2005 Tacoma. I purchased the leather online from Katzkin Auto Leather, and they in turn sent me to SAT for the custom install. I couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship and attention to detail on the front &rear row seating, and the front doors armrests which were also changed out.
