not professional. Neither is closing correspondences with the statement "Have a blessed day". Clearly mixing your personal religiosity with business is not welcomed
and is offensive and should be discouraged.

Do not purchase services from this company. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of them, and when you do, they're incredibly disrespectful. Apparently they get 30,000 phone calls per day but blame that on their customers instead of their inadequate staffing to manage the phone calls? It's quite literally absurd to hear their justifications for poor service. Give them a call and ask them to provide better service if you want a good laugh.

If I could leave negative stars I would! WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER return calls or respond to emails and let board members get away with murder! The community board members for Villas at Woodsmere are sharing resident's private information publicly, changing rules without letting residents know, never notify residents of board meetings, targeting people because of race and making racist comments, plotting to have liens put on peoples homes simply because of personal vendettas and making false claims about people not paying their dues to be able to have them evicted. I will be getting an attorney as I've just been informed my personal information was released at last night's meeting, which no residents were informed about except for 2 people! This is not legal and these people are woefully uneducated and ill-informed on what they're allowed to do. This is ridiculous! The company as a whole needs to be dissolved. None of them have a clue of what they are doing!

I cannot even begin to articulate just how much of a disrespectful nuisance and burden these people are. From infringing on your privacy, to enabling bigotry, to threatening you at every opportunity- these are the most disgusting humans in all of Florida. Cathy Wasson is not only insufferable, but avoids communicating with community members. From ignoring emails to screening and denying her phone calls- she embodies unprofessionalism and laziness. I will never purchase a home in an HOA community again. Expect these despicable organizations to bring your property values down in the coming years, as more and more people are refusing to own property controlled by such hateful people. Cathy, I hope you never know peace again. You’re absolutely vile.
