I came to make an inquiry on the apartment and was helped to complete an application and informed of all requirements. The lady in the office was amazing and super helpful

This place is a trash, my people been out of stove for over 5 days straight and they have done nothing.

This process was very smooth, quick and easy. Krystal was very responsive and made sure I submitted whatever I needed necessary to get approved. I look forward to my new life here.

The worst apartment ever. There is NEVER NO ONE at the leasing office, literally you will be lucky if you catch someone at the leasing office. The phone numbers to the place do not work, they do not communicate AT ALL. Do not apply and waste your money.

Since the new owners, the place has gone down hill. They let anyone move in. It’s been several murders. Yet they have done NOTHING to make this place secure. We do not feel safe here. The grounds are dirty, trash EVERYWHERE! Stairwells are filthy and smell like piss. Washers and dryers break every week and trash are piled up in laundry rooms. They do not enforce any policy about the trash. Elevator barely works and old. The pool and gym are always CLOSED! Yet they go up on rent every year! Charging for amenities we do not have access to. Don’t get me started with the dog poop everywhere and the ROACHES! They are everywhere! In the hallways, laundry rooms, I’m sure they are in every apartment. The Apartments are SMALL and cheap, no real renovations. They put in old BLACK appliances and fake hardwood stickers on the floor then rent it as upgraded, they want $1600 for a 1 bedroom. It’s mold in the walls.my bathroom ceiling almost fell in twice due to a leak upstairs! Smh! The parking is TERRIBLE! Ppl will block you in YOUR OWN spot and you can’t move. I’ve had to miss work a few times because of that issue! Sometimes they will park in your spot where you can’t park but when you park in THEIR alley, they try to have you towed. There isn’t nearly enough guest parking. Yet they don’t find a way to fix it! It’s hard to contact the office. They do not respond to calls and texts but they on you for rent. All in all, this place is 0/10. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is a REAL honest review.

THEY STOLE my money and never reached out to me about my application they will let you apply take your money and never accept or deny you.they changed there number on me and when I set a appointment to see the home nobody answered the door to me.very disappointed I really thought you guys were legit I was so excited to move in.all you guys are doing is taking everyone’s application fee …there’s not really units available.it’s a trick don’t risk it 350 dollars gone

Noel is the best maintenance guy at this building! He honestly needs to be the head of maintenance! He goes above and beyond and he is the only one who actually cares. Thankyou Noel!

Hit up the lady in the office by the name of Krystal oh Yhr she the best lease agent I ever met she went above and over to help me with my 2 bedroom apartment. Mam you deserve it all I watch you push other help other and you did it men I love your energy I seat there and I was like oh no I want to deal with this young lady I love her energy she is doing awesome job thank you so much Krystal at Spectrum Palm lauderhill office

I’m a pool guy and have seen a lot of associations and the first thing I noticed was how well kept it looked from the outside.

We left the apartment clean as when we got it.they still claim we owe 1629 and we have paid 600 for the first week of July and we have been moved out. I have pictures. I left the apartment clean there's no damage extra fee that I should of been paid for no damage. Yall some scammers! The office never open and yell never answer any the phone. I have pictures of the apartment everywhere was left clean.be careful before moving in this place and plan for problems ahead cause they will try to lie and take more money than they should

This place is not good. I advise anyone and everyone to find somewhere else. Its a reason why they are 2.5 stars. They don’t really care about their residents. The place smells. If you’re in the bottom floor and it rains hard your apartment will be flooded. Avoid at all cost its not worth the roaches, the constant peeing on the steps youll see.the office always close. What kind of business is that? High prices and low quality services

Loved viewing this apartment with my friend. The apartment complex was clean. Th staff was friendly and greeted us nicely and helped us through the process.
