I can tell you, I have had spectrum 2 years and 6 mos out of those two years, i cannot get decent internet service

I have had bbb involved, but limited solutions. At this point you cannot get replaced equipment. The tech shows up nothing.

I am seeking an attorney. If you have had on going issues contact me. I will add you to the law suit.

Adding to the review. I have contacted the BBB and spectrum services are not capable with extenders, mesh systems, security cameras.

Adt says many spectrum equipment is the reason for poor services and crippled the security system.

Firmware updates are the issue I believe.

Worst experience of my life with any type of service. Wrong info provided since August, unable to return modem at site, UPS closed each time I go to return equipment yet im charged for the modem although service is on at my house. Get it together

If I could give a zero star I could. After being a 4 year customer I have been completely screwed over and taken advantage of. Rude people. Even had the audacity to MOCK the fact that I was unemployed. They change your contract with them mid contract and never tell you or ask you to sign anything to notify you of the change.scam artists with no humanity

Very helpful staff. I was there for my mobile service adding a line and was assisted in a timely manner.

I went to this store to return my equipment and the lady working told me they can’t accept it. She told me I had to take it to a UPS store to have them ship it for free. This was totally false information. I called Spectrum and was told she should have taken the equipment. This was inconvenient and and a waste of my time and gas. With your spotty connection etc, at least train your employees with correct information!

Just came to spectrum to get some information on updating our internet and Christopher at that store was incredibly helpful with what we had to do to get faster speeds while saving us money each month. I would definitely swing by this location for all of your wireless internet needs

Three months ago they charged me an excess of 40 dollars every month, I go directly to the store to fix the problem and they say that it is fixed, that next time the payment will be correct and that I will be reimbursed the 40 dollars, but that never happens.

Went there to pick up two DTA boxes.the staffs were very nice I was in and out of ther in less than 5mins.

New place.a totally new actitude to the customer
