Spectrum/bright house is the worst company ever.

They broke the cable line to my house and couldn’t fix it. So I had to cancel my service and sign up with ATT, which has been great. Then when I sent back my equipment they said that they never got it and reported me to collections and tanked my credit.

Spectrum/Bright House is the worst.

I have been very happy with cutting cable TV and ATT internet.

Beware of this store! Went into the store after going into three other Spectrum stores and having no luck finding the phone and the representative, Kevin, told us that they did have one more iPhone 15, pro in stock and as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to early upgrade, he decided that he all of a sudden could not complete the early upgrade, because the phone was for new lines only, and not for anything else, and it was the last one in the store. I told him that I called customer service and they told me I was able to do an early upgrade and that it made no sense that I couldn’t upgrade my phone even if it was the last one in the store, he informed me that it was policy and that they received an email about it and I asked him to show it to me and he said that he couldn’t show it to me because it was confidential, he told us we could upgrade it after my husband said that we already spoke to the customer service representative over the phone and paid half of the phone off to be able to do the transaction today.then he all of a sudden changed his mind and decided to process it and while being rude asking me if my iPhone 14 pro was in good condition, I said yes and he checked it and looked up my account. After checking everything and putting in my Social Security number, he proceeded to look over at me and say ”Hun, You don’t have any financial amount available to you. ” I said what are you talking about and he said that when he ran my credit score that there was no money available to be able to finance the phone and I said you didn’t have to do that to do the early upgrade he was just trying to get out of the sale. We left and went to the Spectrum at address,

and was met with very nice representatives, Angel, and Martin and we explained the situation over to them, and told them that the last representative was very rude and unprofessional and said that we could not finance an early upgrade. Angel checked my account because we wanted to know if we could do it first, and he determined that I actually had $1500 of finance available and that the other representative LIED to us to get us out of the store. They processed my early upgrade and I was able to get the iPhone 15. Dont come here this store is Money hungry and dont care.

Use anyone else instead of these people. Got charged after I canceled services and they took equipment and went to collections for charges of when I didn't use their services at all. Horrible horrible horrible

Terrible service, terrible customer service, and plenty of outages. They still want your money and won’t compensate you for their mistakes. Terrible company!

Call to put a standby on my internet for about 2 months. Ended up canceling because customer service is so bad. Get an account information to cancel my other two properties. Done with Spectrum.

Don't get their mobile service. I had to call minimum twice to deactivate a line, they supposedly did. Then I found out I was still being charged, they "deactivated it" and now I found out months and months later, they've still been charging me. This has been going on since 2021. Service is poor in many areas I go for work. And their customer service is lower than a lizards testicles. It is embarrassingly and shamefully terrible. Wish I never switched to them. They got me with a lower payment since I have their internet. And I'm now looking for options to replace them for that as well after this wonderfully stupid experience

Stay away from spectrum at all cost. Just went to pickup equipment I was told I needed for our service. The team proceeded to give us equipment that they knew would be an up charge and said nothing. Now they want us to return equipment we never wanted in the first place. BEWARE!

Let's start by: upon our arrival to the store, this agent shouted that one employee's register was short by $20. Then she went on badmouthing the employee that previously took care of us saying that "what he did was a mess, took the sale and ran! "
Then while taking care of me, she said that I was "preventing her from making a sale! " I had to call customer service to help me with my issue, and then she was upset because the rep told me that the issue was not what store rep told me it was, she flipped! And showed me the computer to proof to me that she was correct. White still helping me, she went and grabbed a cup cake and ate it while working with me! I am just stating the facts, you be the judge.

I went to this office, my phone has no signal, they send me to call 611 and nothing, neither in the office nor in 611. My problem is resolved. I am paying online without receiving service

Tried to return equipment to this store as I was instructed by spectrum chat, over the phone by a spectrum rep and the instructions on the packaging from my new equipment but was told when I went in that no stores accept equipment and it has to be returned via UPS. Called spectrum corporate number and they said this was in fact a lie and that they have been hearing a lot about stores not complying with equipment being returned in their meetings. They apologized for my experience and said they would be following up with the store to ensure they follow standard procedures moving forward.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE about to close my account with spectrum because of this service is my nearest store but they never can help I don't recommend PLEASE hire people that would like to WORK not to be sitting talking NOTHING taking care of customers THEY NOT EVEN TAKE THE EQUIPMENT BACK one star is too much CERO is what they deserved.

This store and company ripped of my boyfriend with a restocking fee cause they took it out of the box and they did not say nothing and as far I know there are displays phone no need to take one out of the box the manager at the store is useless and need to find a different job that dont requires costumers service so I will call corporate and give them my piece and believe me this review goes further than this

I visited this place to make a complaint and they couldn't resolve it with the excuse that the boss resigned or they fired him, so I called Spectrum at different offices and they still haven't solved the problem. No office. They don't call for anything and they change you to an agent.to Agent and The Bosses and Sup of Spectrum where are they? NO ONE WANTS TO RESOLVE THEY ARE ONE FATULOUS AND THEY ARE FALSE They pass the ball to each other no one wants to Solve the Problem I say the problem they have on top Let's raise our voices They don't want to solve and the employees don't want to give you the names of the bosses or Sup. Passing the ball each other to Noooo Solve Nothing We Need Responsible Bosses People who work Solve and Sup Who Solve the Problems the Complaints of the Customers of this Company.

This location is listed as you can pay your bill. I went and spoke with Nelson and they don't accept payments, he said only by phone. I went to the location in Lee Vista and made my payment. The employee there, told me that the location on Semoran 1906 should accept payment. I told him they didn't want to accept payment. They should close that location, at 1906 Semoran there were 4 clerks just sitting there on their cell phones. Getting paid to just sit at their desk.

Horrible customer service the csr I believe his name was joselito was just out right rude as can be told me to step away from the desk to help out other customers when I was literally the one customer standing in the building. Did not want to help us out with our mobile account and repeatedly dismissed everything we said

Spectrum is charging me $231.39 AND I DO NOT have the equipment in my apartment, nor the internet, nothing, this seems like a joke, but I'm telling you the truth.

The employee Nelson is very rude. Today we were there to return our old equipment and ahead of us was an older lady. She clearly needed help checking in to hold her place in line. We assisted her since staff did not seem to jump on the opportunity to provide customer service. We then checked in and waited. The older lady’s name was called and she stated “Here I come! ” She was walking slowly and you could see that her knees were hurting. The worker Nelson then yelled at her to hurry up. Was very disappointed.

They took away my internet for no reason, they treated me badly, they didn't want to help me, but a fat bearded man who worked there never helped me and they didn't want to give me any explanation why they took away my internet. Anyway, I'm going to start another company.
