Very long wait and the guy at the desk is very rude! Didn’t want to help at all. If you don’t want to work, then don’t! The owner should care because ivory is going to shop at your store.

Spectrum is heartless and evil!
I was amazed to see that there was not one single person in there under the age of 50 and I waited for at least 30 minutes so there was quite a few of us. I almost every single one was trying to figure out how to lower the bill that spectrum has been raising and raising every single billing cycle practically. And they have a monopoly since some of us live in areas where there is no choice.

Large crowd but they got through it efficiently. I’m sure the crowd was due to the recent lightning storms taking out cable boxes and modems. Very friendly service.

Don't use spectrum for anything they make you jump through hoops to cancel service and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to cancel service asked five times on a recorded line to have service cancelled and surprise surprise the service is still there and I'm still paying.

Spectrum makes it a practice to sign their users up for features and services without their knowledge when they sign up for automatic bill pay. They also hide charges under unassuming labels so you need to dig into them to figure out what they are. Unsurprisingly they also have a 30-day max money back program, so if you miss one of the surprise charges they throw at you for more than 30 days they refuse to refund you.

Personally, when signing up I stated multiple times very clearly that I was only interested in the basic internet service. No TV, No Mobile, No extra speeds. This was repeated back to me. Upon my first bill I was charged a "one time fee" I assumed was a start up fee. Now 2 months in I realize this is a reoccurring Spectrum TV charge. I called to get this removed from my bill, they agreed to remove it from my statement. AND THEN THEY STILL CHARGED ME. It's not a ton of money but the fact I knew this was a risk, was so diligent in making sure it didn't happen and I still got scammed. Luckily I caught this after two months but a friend of mine had this going on for over a year, and so many people I know have similar stories. Clearly there are issues if this is what Spectrum is resorting to in order to make money.

There are better options.

There's an issue I've been having with my mobile account for months and nobody seemed to know how to resolve it, either on the phone or at the store.

Today I walked in, spent 10 minutes at Nick's counter and everything was resolved. I can not say enough good things about him and his service and I hope spectrum appreciates him as much a I do!

They are getting 4 stars because of Seth. My mom and I had some issues getting their mobile service. He spent 2 hours with us getting everything figured out and completed. He was very knowledgeable and kind to us. This was the best customer service I have ever had with spectrum. If I tell anyone to go to spectrum it will be because of Seth.

I was in line for 15min before another customer told me that I needed to sign in to be seen. After signing in I waited. And waited. And waited while I watched employees with nobody at their window texting or wandering off. In my opinion, when there's 16 people waiting, there's no time for anything but helping the next customer. I'm so glad that I only had to drop off a router and didn't have an actual problem needing to rely on these guys. My entire 1hr lunch break spent standing around waiting with a router in my hand. Next time I'll mail my equipment back. Surely not somewhere I'd want to go to buy something or add services. I left a star because the store was neat and clean looking.

A friend that cancelled their service couldn't get his money back. As well as the didn't have anyone that could speak Spanish. This in my view being in Florida is a shame

Short: Heavily overpriced; poor customer service. Save money and go elsewhere. FYI: We have WOW and pay $39.99 for (up to) 300 mbps (first year; $59.99 after that), which averages 270 mbps.

Long: We were paying $79.99 for (up to) 200 mbps. Most of the time it wouldn't top 170 mbps. A "fast" speed is considered 200 mbps. Why am I paying $79.99 for what can be considered "moderate" speeds? We decided to switch providers and disconnected service on the first of the month at 11: 40 am. We canceled our service the next day (the 2nd) but was told by the customer service rep how we had been duped by the new provider and would be paying more than $80 in 3-6 months. He then gave us a "white knight" speech for 5-10 mins about how he's trying to save us the hassle before it's too late and would offer us a better bundle. (read: aggressive sales tactics, even though we repeatedly told him we had no interest and just wanted to cancel.) He eventually cancelled our service but told us that we owed $79.99 for the rest of the month and that no pro-rating was available per terms and conditions. We spoke to two other reps and a manager, all of which hid behind the "terms and conditions" and gave us the same speech that nothing could be gone. We all know that what's legal isn't always right and doesn't justify unethical actions. Based on principle alone, it's unethical and immoral to charge someone for a service that isn't used exactly 99.9958% of the month. The manager even admitted that this happens very frequently and there's "unfortunately, nothing that can be done" no matter how high one escalates this situation. Imagine admitting that and knowing that you're exploiting vulnerabilities to capture profit and then hiding behind terms and conditions to justify it. I'm not sure how much more dense-minded a company's idea of ethics could be.

Really disappointed.have a mobile issue and the store specialist instead of solving it she sent me out to a different store.playing ping pong with customers. Spectrum should invest in employees training

I would stay away from this company. They have the same lousy customer service for mobile as for cable and they don't even service business accounts on the weekend what stupidity the CEO of this company should be fired

I waited about 25 minutes to return a cable box and a cell phone and they were very accommodating with that they were no questions asked the service was very good

Morgan is hands down the absolute best! She helped us get our internet & home phone set up. I went back yesterday & she helped us with our mobile services! She’s friendly, explains everything thoroughly & it didn’t take long.

Bought service yesterday because I had to have internet for work calls today. Instead of that - I’m spending my entire day sitting in this store waiting to exchange the bad modem they gave me yesterday. Emphasis on the waiting - the staff moves very very slowly through the work queue and it seems to be the fault of the individuals having no sense of urgency.

Apparently they bundle services so you get free garbage customer service in combo with your garbage internet service. If you’re thinking of buying spectrum - don’t do it. Use frontier. Use your cell phone. Abandon internet altogether. Just if you want to have a good day - don’t set foot in this store or call this company.
