There’s a definite disconnect between what we are being told as customers by customer service, and then how we are treated in the store. I was told to drop off the xumo boxes at any spectrum location, but upon arriving I am told that they can only take them sometimes, and today there’s a glitch in the system so he can’t take it. I got his name, but I’m not going to name him; however, I don’t see how an employee struggles to maintain positivity for a two minute long encounter. If I am confused at the run around, then I need a further explanation. Not be told, “AS I ALREADY EXPLAINED. ” and then repeat.

In my opinion, the spectrum store should take the zumo’s even if there’s a glitch in the system, and they should take the boxes to their local UPS partner. Stop running the customer around.

Five Stars for Edgar but. I spoke to a lady first who I did not want to go back to who later called me to ask if I had mentioned to Edgar that I had spoken to her first. She is rude and impolite. I don't care about office politics and I feel sorry for all of this women's co-workers that have to put up with her petty and jealous desire for every penny she thinks she earned just by talking to me. Edgar was the one who helped us when we went back as she was busy with another couple. She was still with that same couple when we were done and left the store.

I will most likely cancel my services with Spectrum based on how a worker treated me at this store. She refused to take my Spectrum equipments that I need to return and said she could not touch it. She refused to take the equipment because the account is under my wive’s name. She was extremely rude and could care less about providing customer care service to me. We have had other issues with Spectrum’s employees over the phone. Spectrum is not training their employees well and their service is terrible.

HORRIBLE customer service. Lady who was working was extremely rude and did not seem to want to be at work. Kept trying to rush me out due to them closing in 20 minutes. Called customer service and just had them ship it to my home. Do not go to this location if you want subpar customer service.

Edgar went above and beyond to assist me at a very stressful time. He calmed me down and gently instructed me. He performed his normal duties and also a very special touch. He saw my needs and met them all

I didn’t think it was possible to be any worse than Comcast, but I want to congratulate Spectrum for far exceeding my expectations. The internet service is truly godawful. It goes out every single night, without fail, around 8 PM. Comes back for a few minutes, and goes out multiple times after that. Infuriating. Please don’t waste your time or money and I promise anyone else is better. Spectrum sucks.

Went in to swap equipment which I had been dreading from past experiences. Stephanie made the process easy and made sure we had what we needed to get set up at home. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! After being told by Customer Service to bring my equipment to any Spectrum store, I was told by the associate at the store, TRACY, that she couldn't do anything and that I needed to go to a UPS Store. She was extremely rude and wouldn't even get out of the chair behind her workstation to help. If you do have to go there, make sure you don't see TRACY. It was the worst Customer Service that I have ever had. The UPS Store even mentioned that they get complaints about TRACY when you return the service with them.

What is the point of having customers sign in when they arrive? Obviously it is to make sure that the customers that were there longer were serviced first (unless you had an appointment ofcourse). They might as well not have people sign in here because the lady siiting at the desk couldn't be botherd to check the sytem and see who was next she just took whomever was closer so she did't have to get up. They certainly need to address these issues.

Went in to exchange modem that was damaged by lightning, looks like a lot of others were there for the same reason.

Staff was efficient and friendly and handled a long line of clienfs quickly and easily. Also very professional when answering questions and making suggestions.

Spectrum sent a service tech to change the cable line between the main box by the street, to my house. He laid it into a 2 inch deep trench in the ground, connected the cable to the side of the house, didn't close the cable box or burry the cable and left the lid on the ground. Internet drops out atleast 4 times a week and modem overheats regularly. This is why monopolies for businesses are illegal, yet somehow they get away with territorial claims for their service, blocking competitors from providing their services in same location. They also were charging me more than new customers for years.no credit or refund ever offered. They could care less for customer satisfaction or good consistent service! Corrupt business!

When it comes to registering, it gets a little confusing. People were lost and didn't know how to register. Service is pretty quick, and the employees are courteous.
