They've upgraded to McDonald's status by putting in a front kiosk that they are expecting people to automatically know to "sign in" like a doctor's office. Even when you are the only customer. They will look at you incredulously if you fail to sign in. No smiles. Kinda rude, actually. Hey, you guys bugged me for a synopsis. There it is.

I went to this spectrum yesterday and i must say the customer service there is one like no other. I was immediately assisted by the manager Luis Lopez he checked me in and ask me how can he help. All i came in for was for some rates on cell phones. After he disclosed everything to me, he made me feel very comfortable and excited to join spectrum. Luis Lopez made me switch my service from t-mobile of 15 years into spectrum services. He deserves a promotion! Thank you Luis. I hope upper management sees this.

Why are 8 people on the list to be seen, but employees are not assisting customers. I've called 3 times to cancel and have been subjected to high pressure salesmen.

Maybe designate one employee to dealing with internet equipment instead of making your internet customers (we were here first and have no other choice) wait ridiculous amounts of time while your employees deal with people who haven’t yet understood the concept of ordering phones online. The wait times at this store are ridiculous every single time to do something as simple as swap out equipment because their equipment is ALWAYS failing.

WHAT A COLOSSAL JOKE! They do NO tech work. They sell phones and cell service as well as assist in billing questions. MONEY GRAB, for sure. They need to support the phones and services that they are charging us for. ESPECIALLY considering that cell phones can cost upward towards $1,500.00.

I turned in my modem for cable because I only need the Internet cuz I have a smart TV it's the beginning of the month and they couldn't prorate it so for the month of November I have to pay $171 talk about a rip off but supposedly my bills only going to be 60 for just the internet they come and get you every which way they can they charge me $20 a month for 5 years for a phone that I never use talk about a scam. But the gentleman that took my equipment was very nice and they gave me a receipt so I better not get charged for equipment because I'll take that receipt right up there and ask for a supervisor.

It was horrible, waited an hour, there were 5 employees on the floor and we still had to wait, they were just standing around

Very very happy with this store and the reps patience & willingness to help out and take their time to help me out with my new phone. I can see that this store is extremely busy but i didnt feel rushed and it is really appreciated. Luis is the go man super sweet and great conversations felt like i was talking to one of my friends. 5 stars

I had stopped by this location to set up and activate my phone. I’ve been attempting to port out of AT&T for a while and worked with both Jason and Luis they were great, very patient took the time to understand and educate me on the process and teach me new things about my phone. Thank you gentlemen

Shame of This guy “Luis “ the manager or whoever is He, worse costumer service anyone can imagine, and He is so arrogant and pedant, and the store is always “ busy with more than 1 hr waiting, but “ in every place are understaffed “ I am tired of the costumer service because lack of staff! You guys make money time to invest in more professional and managers than can capacitated with better costumer service!

We’ve had outstanding customer service at the Apopka store! We are new Spectrum customers, and Rick was so helpful and quick when we needed help transferring our 3 mobile lines to Spectrum. He also cleared up some confusion with our modem and router and was extremely professional and patient. Very happy with our experience, and thank you, Rick! We’ll be back.

Went to the store to ask about my bill. The person who helped was incredibly rude. Use any company besides them. They wouldn’t help with the billing issue, or even give me the info to call. When I did find the number to call, twice, I got put on the call back hold, for no call back. The third time, I got a human and as soon as they heard me, they hung up. If you call their lines, it’s $5 to talk with an agent. Had to go back and saw the same person and he said I called the wrong line. I called and got literally the same menu I got the day before. You can’t cancel in person and unless you’re buying something, they don’t care. Use anyone else. Customer service jobs I understand can be rough, but you get paid to help. I think I’ll be following up with the BBB.
