Was just on the phone with this company and the lady was aggravated that I asked about certain tires because she didn’t wanna walk to the back to check. Finally she did and left me on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. It’s crazy how this place even has three stars.

I stopped to replace my tire's stem valve. The lady was kind of rude, i didnt feel like giving them a chance after a first impression that was not good. Customer service is very important to keep a customer base. I know, I work in a tire place myself.

WORST PLACE EVER. I waited 6 hours just for alignments and brakes on my car. So basically if you don't mind spending your day there, go for it. Also, I had to come back the next morning and waited for an additional 4 hours. The lady April, who is at the office was so unprofessional and was yelling at unsatisfied customers and the mechanic are scared of her, they can’t really help. She only cares about charging people. I spent roughly $250 there and my car is still not fixed, matter of fact, it got worst. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO THERE, THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED! That’s a shame for a business in the community, it’s affordable but what’s the point of people less for service and destroy your car. Also, Roshwn Young, do better for the community. Make sure your front desk is trained professional and make changes so you can run a proper business. IT IS NOT THE PERSON (CUSTOMERS) ; I’VE BEEN 3 TIMES THERE, SPENT 11 HRS TOTAL ON THE SAME MECHANICAL ISSUES WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY FIX, THEREFORE, IT’S THE BUSINESS!

They were awesome. No bs.took care of what i needed.and the gentleman who took care of me.was truthful ans spot on. Thank you

DO NOT GO HERE! Please save yourself some time, I dropped my car off Monday morning at 7: 45am and was told it would be ready in 2-3 hours. It is now Tuesday afternoon and they’ve yet to begin working on it.

I came here because my tire was bad they charged me 50 dollars and changed my tire i live 4 minutes from here went home car didnt move after that until next morning my tire was completely flat they sold me a bad tire and even tho supposedly their tire has 10 days guaranteed they charged me another fee for going back the next day if you want good service this is not the place to go these people are a rip off!

These great reviews are all fake! This place is the worst tire place I’ve ever been to not only are they rude but very unprofessional and it’s in a bad area I do not recommend coming here. There’s a better tire place called Deals on Wheels off Okeechobee Boulevard great service and very professional.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while waiting for your car's needs to be fixed. Service to your attention is brought upon quickly. There's a Food Truck next to the building, "Healthy Foods on Wheels" a beverage from there is a great way to refresh yourself by waiting also.

NOT SPEEDY AT ALL. Worst customer service. Rip off. If you can make it somewhere else please go somewhere else.

I had a great experience there the tires are terrific everything about this place is just fantastic the workers are grade A and I hope they get paid phenomenal pay dude to the fact that they gave me great service they turned my day around from being very bad day to a fantastic day thank you

They hit you with tire balance fee after they take the tires off and dont mention balance fee when you ask for total price. They conviniently wont tell you about balancing fee untill tires are off.

Worst place ever. They dont treat there employees well unprofessional. Lady in front i believe her name was carol was very rude. Price to high its very bad there I wouldn't recommend anyone going there now

I Was Not Greeted Properly By Any Of The Staff, After 20 Minutes I Got Out Of My Seat And Tried To Get The Attention Of The Receptionists She Then told Me “One Second “ Never Did She Say A Word To Me. Yeah I Get That Y’all Busy But She Walk passed Me More Than 20 Times & Still No word. I Was Serviced 1 1/2 Hour Later. Worst Experience Of Customer Service Ever.

Opposite if speedy! And discount on price after the guy spent an hour and put on the wrong tire then had to wait another 30 mins to put the right tire.neverrr again!

Arrived early in the morning, was quickly greeted and assisted. Flat tire was replaced and all tires were rotated/ balanced and air added. Great quick service. The two ladies running and managing the place know there stuff when it comes to tires and were a great help!

Overcharged me for a Tyre that DID NOT match and is cracked all over. I understand I bought a used tyre but what they gave me is beyond used
