I caught a razor blade in my tire, I took my car to 4 other repair shops and they all told me they couldn’t fix the tire or they couldn’t fix it until the next week, I came here and spoke with Shawn, he assured me that they would be able to fix it and reinstall my tire within a couple of minutes, super friendly staff, and they did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle and getting me back on the road, will definitely be back next time I need tire work.

Went to spencers with my 08 3500 dodge. They quoted me for 2 u joints.pinion seal. 2 axle seals. When i went back to have the repair done my repair order was double the estimate. To justify this they said they forgot to include the labor for pressing the u joints and pinion seal in the estimate.they also forgot to put gear oil on the estime to refill the differencial.this is a technique used by crooks. Write an unbelievable estimate that no other shop can beat.then charge the customer full price when they come back for the repair.

We were traveling from Ft. Myers to Kentucky. The rig I had owned for 9 months but never traveled in started overheating approaching Ocala Florida. I "Googled" diesel repair facilities and decided to contact Spencer's Auto and Diesel Repair in Ocala. They could not work on it that day so I left it and rented a car to get home to Ky. I was hoping for the best and considering my situation had to take a chance. Well Shawn the manager took care of me. I left the rig and they diagnosed the problem as being DEF fluid being put into the radiator (both openings are next to one another. Shawn questioned me regarding who might have put DEF in the coolant. I advised him it was not me and I had no faith in the previous owner who misrepresented many things about the condition of the vehicle and failed to send me the second ignition FOB that he said he left behind and would mail to me later. He ignored my email and text requests for follow up. Shawn indicated this was a starting point and hopefully was the only problem, however, it needed to be addressed first. Flushing this system is a serious undertaking. They fixed it and my son and I drove it home without any problems what so ever. Those wonderful folks could have taken advantage of me and acted as though they were the ones in need rather than me. They even cleaned out some shrimp I overlooked in the freezer when we unloaded the refrigerator and turned it off at their shop. I will be stopping by on our next trip south soon to personally thank them.

My AC is fixed! I called Spencer, he got me over to the front office, we scheduled a diagnostic, they quoted me, I accepted the price, they did the work, and I am now driving in ice cold air conditioning! Smooth process at a very fair price. Thank you to you and the team!

I've been using them for about 3 years now, for my personal and my business. It's been great service the whole way through. Any time there has been an issue, communication has been great and easy to work with.

Worst company I have ever used dont bring if you own a diesel. I spent $14000 for them not pull my engine like I paid for. Everything leaked and took month for him work on again and still didn't fix anything put dummy gasket on instead pulling engine. Then it went in limp mode waited 2 months and nothing happened from Spencer warranty fixing it. I had ship my truck elsewhere it leaks oil, has blow by, and they wired wrong when hit bump went limp mode. Be caution Spencer talks a good game but results speak louder than words.

Spencer and his staff are absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our truck was fixed and fixed right. He had to replace the entire fuel system due to cp4 failure on duramax. Every interaction we had with Spencer and his staff they were always extremely courteous and informative but never made us feel like we were bothering them. We will definitely only use Spencer for any future diesel or mechanical issues.

It’s been three weeks since I’ve gotten my repairs completed on my truck, from spencer’s auto and diesel repairs in Ocala, FL. It was a fairly complex job that required expertise in finding the root cause, and providing a resolution. Yeah, we had to wait for specialty parts to arrive, that the dealerships didn’t even have in stock. But, my truck is has been running smooth, with power and no fault codes. I’m impressed with the level experience and expertise his technicians/mechanics. Quality! Lastly, a great shop requires a great front man, managing the customer’s and appointments. Sir Shawn, was super polite and kept me updated as needed. Definitely my local shop. Thanks again Spencer and your team
