Spilker Roofing put a metal roof on my house almost 20 years ago. Completely satisfied with the quality & workmanship. Recently I called on Spilker Roofing to replace my roof vent pipe boots as they need replacing every 10 years or so being exposed to the Florida heat & sun. I called the day before Thanksgiving & left a message. Johnny Spilker called me right back that day and set up an appointment to come out and have them replaced the day after Thanksgiving. He showed up as scheduled a few minutes early even and replaced the boots. His sense of urgency from the day I called and to getting the job done really impressed me! He explained the whole process of taking the old boots off & putting the new ones on. I am completely satisfied with the work he did. So glad that I called on Spilker Roofing to get this job done. 5 Stars all the way!

A good friend used Spilker to install a new metal roof on his residence. I watched and inspected the job periodically as it was being installed. I was impressed with the workmanship. Turns out, my metal roof that was installed by others was apparently leaking for years. I contacted Spilker. Turns out there were multiple issues that we were not aware of, but John Spliker systematically found each issue over time. I think other companies would have punted on the job or simply tried to sell me a new roof, but John was relentless trying to identify each issue over an extended period time. In the end I didn’t need a new roof, just minor things that I believe would have either been missed or other companies not taking the time to identify and remedy each separate issue. We are going to build a pool house in the very near future, there is only one company I will be using, Spilker.

My house made a major, incredible transformation thanks to Spilker Roofing! I have included the pic of the old roof so you can see the incredible change! I had an old shingles roof and changed to metal with Spilker and I couldn't be happier! The house changed from a decent home to a very desirable location! I get compliments from neighbors and total strangers alike! To boot the house is actually cooler and a lot quieter even during heavy rains! Their service was professional, timely and effective! Highly recommended!

FIRST METAL ROOF. And WOW what a roof! This company is great from start to finish. Met with the owner Jonny, he educated me on the roof I would be getting, answered all my questions and put me on the schedule. The work crew showed up and got it done. They were great, kept everything clean, tidy and watertight. I never had to worry about those mid-day showers. The roof looks so good, and I'm not worried about leaks in the least. I would recommend 100 percent.

We have had two different roofs done by Spilker Roofing. They have a great team of people who not only do a great job but also give recommendations for an aesthetic edge no one else suggested. I love that the fasteners aren’t visible and the color choices were perfect for us. I love supporting local and these guys have been around a long time. Impressed with Spilker Roofing's installation of our aluminum Metal Alliance standing seam roof. The crew's friendliness made the process smooth, and their dedication to doing the job right is evident in every detail. Unlike most other roofers, they do not farm out the job. All work is done by Spilker employees, and most have been with the company for a long time. We couldn't be happier with the result.

We got a new standing seam metal roof from Spilker Roofing. The installation quality was excellent and the roof looks fantastic.

While other roofers would try to push inferior materials or methods like 26+ gauge metal, nail flange panels, or corrugated steel, Spilker offered 24 gauge galvalume snap-lock panels fastened by clips. A true 50-year roof - asphalt shingles can't come close.

Other roofers would advertise shingles first and foremost, so it was difficult to tell if they actually had any meaningful experience in standing seam or they were just subbing it out. Spilker does not do shingles at all - they specialize in standing seam metal. As far as I know, they are the only company in Brevard who does. They also do not sub-contract - there's a single experienced crew.

Standing seam metal requires a lot of precise methods and details: high-temp peel-and-stick underlayment, no exposed fasteners except for penetrations, valleys / offset cleats, ridge and hip / Z-closures. I was most concerned about hiring a roofer who knew and practiced the proper installation techniques for standing seam, and on all accounts, Spilker did a great job.

Team Spilker is the absolute best for any roof work. I am so glad they took care of my new metal roof and installed my hurricane strapping on my 75-yo house. On time and under budget.very professional and seamless project from start to finish, including coordination between field and office. Don't waste time thinking about anyone else.
