SPIN Car Wash, Miami FL

I wish I can give this car wash 0 stars. The customer service is awful. The way people treat you is disgusting. An older man that works there was talking to someone else about me and thought I couldn’t hear him. I spoke to a manager and it’s like the problem got worse. For someone who is always at their car wash, I should be treated better. No type of manners or professionalism. Once I told the “manager” I was going to call cooperate is when his attitude changed and wanted to help me, but I refused and will be contacting corporate.

Awful customer service! If you can't communicate without yelling at customers, maybe you should get another job where you don't have to talk to anyone.

Maybe it’s a nice car wash. I wouldn’t know. I visited at 8 PM when they said they were open until 9 Pm but it wasn’t open… change your hours please!

The car wash does not clean your car very well even if you pay for the most expensive plan the vacuums either don’t work or not that great. The customer service is little to nothing.

I had a great experience at spin car wash… yennifer assisted me with setting up my monthly subscription… she made it quick, easy and gave me great service. I look forward to going and getting my car cleaned and being a long term customer… thank you to the whole team over there

Terrible customer service. Normally they have a guy wetting/pre-rinsing and guiding the cars on the tracks the cars before they send it in. No one is there to do that. They are all inside. This location took a dive. Not surprised.

Spin Car Wash is convenient but, the car never come out clean, some of the areas are not even wet especially the back area. COME ON GIVE US OR MONIES WORTH

I came in this week to get something fixed on my account, that was human error. I received the BEST customer service when I went inside. Jennifer provided exceptional service. It took a few minutes to dig in and find the problem. Once she did, she made sure everything was fixed and I was satisfied.

What impressed me even more was that she called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was good. I also want to compliment Monte for his excellent service as well. Everyone in the office who worked with me were respectful, courteous and knowledgeable.

I was debating whether or not I would take my business elsewhere prior to my last visit, but my encounter with these individuals changed my mind. They are to be commended and should be rewarded if this is the level of service they consistently provide. Great job!

This is a very quick and fast convenient wash. Catt, one of the managers, have been very helpful. She told me about the different deals and services I can get by becoming a member. I will definitely look into it I really like that I don’t have to wait for a vacuum. After I am finished, not only my car is clean, I feel a lot better ️‍? Love this location #GreatService

Great customer service when it comes to the girls in the front, but the fat guy in the tunnel is never doing his job this is the 4th time I come and he never sprays my car because he’s always on his phone not paying attention he just sends me in
i spoke to a young lady named Jennifer about the issue and now she sprays my car every time I go great customer service from her part.

I was in and out quicker then most, I received great customer service from Jennifer, very informative about ther products and service details, from start to finish kept checking up on me and my service. A phenomenal job! Thanks

I came here so happy and i get this bad service. This is so sad I have to drive so far just to get a car wash my car has dirty stains on it and it’s worse than it was before. They don’t have name tags can’t even remember there name. THIS IS NOT SERVICE I CAN TRUST NOT.

Lots of defective vacuum cleaners still now… In the past, during the rainy season, I have experienced quite a lot of dirty carwash for my $52+ monthly membership (some sticky black oil or mud on my aluminum wheels and lower car body… A complete disaster for my 2020 Mits Sport with a unique blue paint…). That issue seems to be fixed, but let’s wait for the coming rainy season!

The personnel is wonderful and friendly despite the turnover rate is very high. Plus, they positively trying to keep the place clean, and the restroom is very clean as well!

This car wash has the worst service, they take your money, vaccumes don’t work & they don’t know anything.they always say support black business & this is why people don’t.

No lines, no wait! And you can ride out with the vacuum; definitely winning! Let me not forget cheap prices. I'll be back for sure!
