Had bad experience with zip car wash membership! So decided to try this car wash regular wash is 6 $! And I wanted to try this option but the attendant who is in charge to toll he said they have only 15 and 25$ option and can’t buy 6 or 10$ wash I kindly refused and wanted to go my way but he said you have to backing (to forced me to pay! There was a 4 or 5 car behind me and rush hour purchased 15$ car wash with his bad attitude! I see the real disappointment with washing only regular water (no foam or other things simply 6$ car wash!) and after that I tried 2 different spot was vacuum was disgusting sucking terrible slow! I never had problems with car wash when I was living in Tampa Florida and new jersey New York states Miami most places seems only money trap unfortunately! Be aware of this please don’t be regret!

My car got completely scratched up at this car wash, staff member told me to email corporate and they basically told me to kick rocks ONE MONTH after i emailed them. Horrible customer service.
