I can't praise Dr. Januszewski enough! Not only does he have a great bedside manner, but he is calm, reassuring, and truly takes his the time to explain everything including all possible options and out comes, while answering my many questions and scenarios. My surgery for a internody fusion on L4&5 was a complete success from the beginning to my post op care and PT. I have complete trust and confidence in the amazing skills and care from Dr J, that he will be performing my neck surgery in a few months.

TERRIBLE! Waited 3 hours! With an appointment! THEN Katz walks in says would not read my mri or look at my X-rays said they are worthless because the hardware in my ankle.proceeds to say I’ll put you in a boot and give you cream to rub on it. I walked out —lack of bedside manner or care that I came in practically crying for help that I can barely walk. THEN BILLED ME $938 for 2 seconds for her to say that and nothing more! RIPOFF STAY AWAY!

Dr. J. It's a great neurosurgeon!
He replaced two discs in my neck and I now have complete range of motion. He's very understanding a good listener and tries other options before he suggest surgery. I have been a patient for over a year and I would highly recommend him to anyone who said a slip and fall or a car accident.

The scheduling staff and the office staff do not seem to be on the same page. The wait time to be seen was in excess of an hour. We were asked to bring images yet were never asked for them. I made a special point of calling the office to follow up on care and the office staff was not aware of the notes.

Knowledgeable…friendly and listened to me…. Created action plan and followed through! I’m happy to have seen him!

Always attentive and very nice the customer service is amazing and everyone is always smiling and always making sure I’m doing ok.

Professional, courteous and takes time to answer all questions and put the patient at ease. Couldn’t be more great full for finding such a great doctor!

Terrible experience. I would give a negative 10 stars if I could. The office is so poorly run. Went to 2 appointments- both were over 3 hours of waiting around. I finally left so frustrated and never even saw the doctor! Waste of time. Talked to her about my back and she orders x-rays of my neck. Supposed to get an injection (per 1st visit), and got another consultation. When I walked in the girl behind the desk was loudly asking “does anyone know excel? ” This is not a doctor to trust your issues with.

Dr Katz is an excellent surgeon, however the staff seems overwhelmed with so many patients. I imagine most of them are being referred from Morgan & Morgan. The wait time is very long as once I waited over 2 hours to be seen by a frontline nurse. The office doesn’t have Wi-Fi which would make the long wait times bearable. I have also had to call back a couple times to follow up on prescriptions that were never called in to be filled. Everyone on staff is very friendly, but there’s some attention needed for administration and organization.
