The worst medical place I’ve ever been to. They tell you one thing and then you get there and they tell you something else. It’s not just me I even hear customers who have the same experience every single time they go there. I would investigate a class action lawsuit against these people by the way, they act in the way they conduct their business. The appointments are never on time. They always have you waiting for hours. STAY AWAY, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Made me wait. Over 3 hrs to tell they could not do my work comp after 5 moths of calling to find out if the paperwork was ready

Dr Sahai and all of his staff from the front desk, his MRI technician, his PA Grant, the billing department and everyone I interacted with were all incredible. 4 compression fractures and I was able to get in immediately and get the help I needed. I can’t thank them enough for the quick response time and follow up appointments. Highly recommend this practice.

People who work here are awesome, friendly and caring. They get to know you, they are almost always on time, location is good, Dr Chenard is the best as is Dr Ghany. Physical therapy staff are the best, they ask questions and genuinely care. I loved my pt guy Anthony and everyone who took part in my rehab.

I have been going to Spine & Orthopedic Center about 2-3 years now. I have been to the Plantation and Deerfield Offices and I've had very warm and welcoming experiences. The staff is always smiling. Dr. Merheb and Dr. Sahai give it to you straight. Which is something I appreciate and look for in doctors. But you have to ask questions. That's what I do. If you are looking for a good pain management doctor, Dr. Merheb is great. Looking for a great spine surgeon, Dr. Sahai is it! And a shout out to Victor at the Plantation Office!

Dr. Sahai & his staff are very compassionate & professional. I have been very satisfied with the level of care I have received. I recommend them. The only issue I have found is sometimes I had to wait a long time to see the doctor. However, I believe that is because he takes time with each patient.
